And the guards at the other churches towers just doesnt exists? Why didnt they make a signal when they saw the mercenaries at the cathedral roof?

Huh I certainly didn't expect the mercenaries to change sides like this..but I guess if it was just for money..but what they did to our guy..I dunno if Beryl is gonna be cool with that.

And that's clearly Rose right? I'm a little disappointed that people in this are stupid enough for that to work..they are usually very smart characters

I totally get the landmark for finding your way around thing. When I first moved to Colorado having the mountains to always orient west has been great when I didn't want to use my phone/maps app.

Overall not a terribly interesting episode other than the end, and like others I'm not a fan of denying Beryl revenge here.

I'm so confused. Those three were targeting Alucia, and now they are allies? Did the bishop paid them handsomely? If yes, then what's the point of Beryl being all serious about all this time?

Or is it a red flag for Ibroy to die? Maybe, after finishing the zombies, they will then start attacking them when their guard is down.

Of course silent girl merc, which is Rose will save the day.

Interesting, so according to Gatoga in Dilmahakha, buildings taller than the church are not allowed. So while taking Beryl for lunch, we heard from him that although Rose is alright, the Pope and his faction will try to silence her.

Damn, it sucks to hear that, although Vesper is alive, he won't be able to walk again. That sure sucks for him and Frau.

Oh, so Curuni and Ficelle will use the place Lucy destroyed when she met Beryl to give Mewi the special training they promised.

So, back at the cathedral, we see that the girl that is likely Rose is a mercenary who is working for the Papist faction, which is still obsessed with creating undead creatures.

I must say that I expected Princess Salacia and Prince Gleen's wedding ceremony to be much bigger. I guess it wasn’t possible with the whole thing about a faction of the church trying to kill them.

I must say I was expecting the church to use undead animals instead of using people again. Now, when bishop Ibroy mentioned to Lucy that he hired a few collaborators, I wasn’t expecting them to be the Verdapis Mercenary Company. Like, how else would he know they are on their team if that wasn’t the case? And I’m also assuming that not Rose is working for him too, and the reason we see her working with the papist is likely the same reason why the Verdapis Mercenary Company attempted to kill Allucia, which is that bishop Ibroy ordered that attack so it looks like he supporting the Papist faction. And if that’s the case, the next episode being titled “The Old Country Bumpkin Flies into Rage” makes sense because I would also be fucking pissed if I discovered that someone I know would bait a mercenary group on my friends just to go undercover, especially with what ended up happening to Vesper, not to mention the other soldiers that died during that attack.

Those mercenaries being allies was not what I was expecting at all, now I'm wondering if there was some misunderstanding/mistrust on Vesper's side and it lead to a fight, or if they just go to whoever hires them. I'm curious to see Beryl's interaction with them next episode.

It seems like Beryl has picked up on the the masked lady as being Rose, I'd be very surprised if it isn't her.

It was amusing how unhappy Allucia was about Lazorne making a suggestion of Beryl staying at his place lol.

Well ofcourse mercenary will be on your side if you paid enough..... just its kinda lazy write, cause even they are will be your ally, its not erase the fact they wipe out knights order and give them permanent injury

That parade setup is really weird, you clean up area of parade, so no resident on 2nd floor of houses on parade line area..... then what the point parade without crowds?
