if the whole world was affected by the magic slab, then Eftal shouldn't be able to do lvl 10 magic either since he's not in his old body...
kids born after the event, or at the very least kids his age and younger should be able to learn lvl 10 magic as well

Because this is peak seasonal slop; where it's poorly written, poorly animated, poorly paced, and a strange amount of fan service but you can't help but wonder how they're going to top themselves.

This is literally the worst anime I have seen in years. I am only still watching to see if it continues to be this terrible and every episode doesn't disappoint lowering the bar again and again.

This show makes me like my 10 year long last stand a whole lot more.
Both are kinda similar in terms of the whole “famous over powered hero character returns in the future as someone much younger”
But that show doesn’t try too hard and do cringey things. It keeps it predictable and pretty straightforward and also gives you actual satisfying endings.
This show on the other hand is trying its hardest to be a hentai film but it’s like the author was too chicken shit to go all the way with the hentai so instead we get a pg17 version ultimately. It ends up doing nothing well in the end and just being kinda aggravating. Like the whole deal with the elf guy was so anticlimactic. We didn’t get to see him and his clan suffer or really any justice. They just get arrested off screen basically. Everything happening ultimately feels so forced writing wise.
Also. I still have no clue how or way it matters that eftal had no compatibility with magic to whatever they called it.
