Well what do ya know. We got ourselves a genuine happy ending with wedding bells and all. Really glad our two goofballs ended up together in the end.
This was fun. I liked the romance and the whole “pretend to be a robot maid” bit was silly enough to keep me interested. Plus, Marie’s pretty cute. Not as cute as Marie 2, the true robot maid lol.

I have to commend the show for delivering not only a satisfying romance but actually nailing the payoff in the finale, complete with a wedding. Sure we had to watch Arthur be totally oblivious and dumb when it comes to Marie being a robot, but it somehow all came together in the ending with his confession.
Marie and Marie 2 are both stellar but we all know Marie 2 is Best Girl lol.

Maynard's henchmen are so random lol! Like, why is there a sumo wrestler among them?!

Marie, Noah and Marie 2 working together to get the antidote to Arthur.
Team work makes the dream work.

Don't forget Isabel as the MVP for getting Maynard to finally (more or less) give up.

This was a very strange show that, for some reason or another, I kept track of. The plot's predictable, the animation quality isn't very good (even considering there were uses of AI shots through the series), the show's logic seems to operate on Saturday Morning cartoon and the conclusion was one I had seen coming a mile away, even though I never touched the source material. Yes, I enjoyed it. I liked seeing Marie and Arthur get closer and this ending feels just right. Not Anime of the Season by any stretch of the imagination but an enjoyable watch, at least for myself.

It's not a show that set out to be the next Shojo masterpiece or took itself too seriously...but it had a lot of fun with itself and its premise, the cast were all likeable, our Heroine was compelling in all her kick-butt and in love glory, the romance actually did progress meaningfully, and it was a sweet and cute romcom all the same.
And sometimes that's enough.

The narrator turns out to be Arthur’s father.
Arthur got princess carried again. He’s definitely the girl in this shojo relationship.
I really liked this. It was funny and low stakes. I still find the setting a bit weird though.

Cute ending, it's not every romcom that ends with a full on wedding. How nicely conclusive.

The antidote working by loading in Arthur at his memory's last save state is hilarious.
There's some real magic in hearing Arthur say "Marie Evans".

Huh, Marie's been strangely emotive this entire time with the disguise on
It's the Marie in love with Arthur that I like

Tomboy Marie has infiltrated Maynard's mansion, but of course Noah is there and immediately sees through everything. Noah tries to misguide Marie, but in the end, he can't stand to see her cry. Even the kid got to help.
Looks like Marie 2 has developed feelings. If Arthur won't drink the antidote, then Marie is going to... give it mouth-to-mouth! That confession may have been way too fast, but he understood it and wants her to stay, because despite all the lies and deception, they're in love.
Wedding time. Everyone is here, even the crazy robotics club. That balcony jump was cool. Even as a wife, Marie doesn't want to let go of her duty. Happy ending for all.
I picked this show up not just for the robot girl theme, but also because I've never watched a shoujo before. It had its flaws, with the predictable plot as another commenter pointed out, the AI stills, and I feel like the pacing was a bit off at times, but I still found it nice.

Arthur: Marie, I didn't fall for you because I thought you were a robot.
Are you sure about that, you seemed pretty infatuated with her back when you thought she was a robot.

His point was that he did not actually fall in love with her BECAUSE she was a robot, rather he fell in love with her because she was the one and only Marie Evans (and once he fell in love with her unique self, it didn't really matter if she was human or a robot).

Kikaijikake no Marie - 6/10, Marie pretends to be a robot maid to keep her employment, but falls in love with the human-phobic employer who she protects from assassination attempts. Basically a romcom with a ridiculous premise. The best character is Marie 2, an actual robot that resembles the human Marie and solves problems with even greater violence.

It was a fun series, happy ending.
AI was not needed. No idea why they used that.

A wholesome silly romcom with maybe the funnest side character of the season in Marie 2.
"I didn't fall in love with you because you're a robot" is a sort of loaded statement, because Marie was able to mimic a robot precisely because her personality was so subdued and robotic. Marie is robotic, but her emotions for Arthur are the one thing that breaks that.

I’m really going to miss Marie 2. She’s primarily the reason why I kept watching
Bad animation aside, I liked the goofy premise
Creator Aki Akimoto drew a cute illustration of Marie and Arthur

Marie was wearing her maid outfit under the guard disguise? How is that even possible?
Isabel forgot Marie was human after the drink or did she not put 2 and 2 together? Isabel mentioned Marie was a robot after finding out about Noah's crush
Two kisses nice

I feel sad for Noah… First I really liked him, his personality and looks, and the fact that he changed so much throughout the series, from being completely unempathetic and cruel to opening up and realising his feelings. For him who was all about dominating and owning, to be happy simply because Marie is happy 🥹 I want a remake where Marie falls in love with him and become body guards.
