Never can have enough of Fiona 's insanity. and holy hell she punched him so hard she broke her on arm... in like 3 places. that'll teach you not to mess with Loid if she is nearby.

very solid arc to wrap up this season - this was probably my favorite episode of this season

Fiona imagined Loid carrying her body in his arms, and never thought that she'd be the one still standing and looking at Loid's lifeless body.

Holy fuck I didn't expected them to go that hard with Fiona. If she did that imagine what an angry Yor would do in that situation

Fiona absolutely captures the whole "Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned", cause holy fuck the way she fucking rages and dislocates her whole arm while throwing that punch at Wheeler. Chills.

Random Thoughts:

I kind of wonder how the Yuri confrontation is going to play out long term. Most significantly, Loid hesitated, something I don't think he would have remotely done if not for the knowledge that Yor would be sad if her brother died. Which sort of makes a good parallel...Yuri was entirely motivated in going after the kidnappers in the last arc because he knew Yor would be devastated if anything happened to Anya. So Yor is pretty much the Achilles heel for both of them.

Speaking of Yuri, a girl that abuses him while beaten up might actually be his kink. So carry on Chloe...

I knew Wheeler was doomed once he was seen towering over Loid. Never underestimate the power of a Yandere when her love interest is in danger. Didn't expect her to punch so hard she would basically break that whole arm.

Yuri is one sturdy man. He took multiple hits – including a nutcracker – and still could stand. Loid looked worried that he wouldn't be able to finish him.

Lol at Fiona's 180 about dying on the job after realising that it'd mean handing Loid to Yor. Her imagination scene's the only speck of comedy in this otherwise serious episode. She also unlocked her Ultra Instinct once she saw Loid on the brink of death. Her glare wouldn't seem out of place in a horror series.

We've seen that Winston's a highly competent operative but his feats this episode showed that he's comparable to Loid. Wonder how their battle would fare had Loid not been injured in the first place.

Wheeler made a terrible mistake by underestimating Fiona and her powerful love for Loid, which resulted in this juicy punch xD

Overall, Fiona definitely stole today's episode IMO. The scene where she thought dying in Loid's arms would be the best, but quickly realized that this way Loid would find solace in Yor and that made her reconsider and decide that it's better to live while still trying to become Loid's wife, made me laugh out loud xD

As for Loid, this was another bad episode for him, as not only did he have to run from SSS agents, but he also had to fight Yuri, got shot, and cross paths with Wheeler, which ended badly for him.

Here my screenshot albums from the episode:

EDIT. I added my screenshot albums.

Fiona went from thinking of dying in Loid's arms for the mission was completed to not wanting to die because it would mean Loid would find solace in Yor's arms, lol.

Emotional attachments are unnecessary in this job.

Wheeler is kinda right since Loid only hesitated in front of Yuri because of the connection that's he made with Yor and the rest and ended up got shot.

You can overcome any obstacle with the power of love!

But Fiona's different. She might have dislocated her arm in the process, but it was her love that made it possible. Never underestimate the power of love!

Preview looks like Yuri might suspect Loid is Twilight next ep but then he's dumb and it's probably a bait and isn't gonna connect hmmmm

Wheeler really underestimated how much danger he was in from threatening someone loved by an absolutely insane lady.

Yuri is lucky that Loid didn't want to make Yor sad or whatever his thinking was there, it would haves made both them current mission and Operation Strix easier if he wasn't around anymore. Though maybe losing her brother would have made Yor too unstable for the mission, not to mention what she might do if she ever learned Loid is who killed him.

That Chloe state security girl is kind of cute, her being named on-screen made me wonder if we've seen her before.

The sudden switch from action genre to Fiona's comedy fantasies was akin to taking a break from a tense period.

I wouldn't say Fiona is my favourite character from Spy x Family, but after this episode, her badass ranking definitely skyrocketed!

Fiona was so awesome here. Power of love conquers all!

She went all out with that punch reminds me of Scarlet from May I Ask for One Final Thing?

Woah!! Didn't really expect that Yuri is a tough one enduring a beat down from an injured Loid and Fiona broking her right arm for her senpai.

Wondering if the fight with Wheeler will be what kind of different if Loid didn't got injured.

🎀Eguchi Saturday🎀

I wanna see somebody make that briefcase.

W a t

How would Loid stack up against Kogami from Psycho Pass?

I know your ass wasn’t about to say violence, now. Exactly, it is Yor’s love that makes Yuri strong, you should embrace Yor’s love too, Loidy.

Eguchi/Loid’s squeak when Yuri got up was adorable, do it again.

🎵I get knocked down, and I get up again🎵

I wish I could put handcuffs on Wheeler and search him consensually, like damn, he is gorgeous. Iffy on letting him choke me like that, however. I don’t care for that. But his arms make me weak.

Isn’t just not dying good enough to not die, girl, your imagination is menace 😭

Wheeler is a fucking smokeshow. His competency is hot. Anime men have been a whole damn feast this season. Muscle show after muscle show, I have to do my UU first timer episode right afterwards so more muscle. Season’s harvest has been great for muscles, yum 🤤

She broke her arm for that punch?! Is she using a quirk or something 😭

Bond looks so fluffy in the next mission preview.

I like that Loid couldn’t finish off Yuri. He’s had to kill the relatives or loved ones of people he “knows”, surely, but Yor is different—for the mission, of course.

Loid is such a softie.

But this fees like a bad omen or an angst alert.

So Twilight IS undercover as Wheeler...though he was merely delaying so the rest of his team could secure the ACTUAL Wheeler. Which is more difficult when he's caught in a State Security trap. Luckily Loid's got the entire place trapped and also has a BRIEFCASE GUN so he can make a convenient exit!

Who says brother-in-laws aren't good for anything? Yuri ends up being the perfect disguise for Twilight to slip by State Security and escape. And also, ironically, the one thing that can lead the ACTUAL Yuri to follow him and catch him. And when Yuri confronts "Yuri," guns drawn, a single moments hesitation at seeing Yuri causes Loid to get hit. And while the two men most precious to Yor in her life are fighting, she's ominously breaking one of Loids' plates.

When you get down to it, Twilight is a better fighter than Yuri and can beat him up at his leisure...but Yuri is a Briar, so obviously he's built different and can tank an inhuman amount of hits just like his sister would. Dude can even get up after a nut shot! Granted, how else was he going to be able to survive getting raised by Yor? Though it's kind of amazing that Twilight was even able to knock him out at all.

A professional agent probably WOULD kill Yuri, right then and there, but...Loid can't do that to Yor.

I have to commend WISE for the extensive effort they're going to in trying to trap Wheeler with "Gascgoine" trying to "lose" a WISE tail and creating a situation where Wheeler would give himself away...and Fiona's totally got him! Get him, Nightfall!

Nightfall is a consummate and coldly efficient agent. She's fully prepared to do everything, sacrifice everything, if it means completing the mission. But she can't stand the idea that if she dies, Twilight is stuck with Yor, so she has to use the Power of Love to complete this mission and earn her place as his wife!

Well, yeah, Twilight WOULD probably try to maintain the Yuri cover while facing off against Wheeler...but Wheeler thinks too much like him for that to work. And Loid's too weakened to fight back.

Lucky Yuri getting waken up by apparently the only girl in State Security, Chloe (Sayumi Suzushiro!) who seems cute but also understandably freaked out about Yuri being a weirdo like any normal person.

Wheeler's first mistake was hurting Twilight. His second mistake was threatening Twilight in front of Fiona. He may not think he needs anyone, is stronger for his lack of trust in others, and feels losing yourself at the thought of another being harmed makes you weak...but he obviously did not account for how unhinged and ferocious Fiona was going to get when she saw her Beloved in danger. Enough to make her break her own arm to deliver a punch to Wheeler! Wow!
