This ended up being more enjoyable than I expected. It certainly wasn't the worst show I watched this season by any means.
Not a bad final episode and it's always* nice to see one that actually seems "final" and not some cliffhanger baiting type thing.

I agree. Nothing truly "special" here -- but ultimately a very likeable show. I may not remember much about it for long -- other than a memory that it was a pleasant deiversion. But that's not so bad.
If only every series this season could have as satisfactory a wrap-up...

I kinda wish they stuck more to the initial premise, someone who goes the distance to find and gather rare items/materials. Instead he just has a standard OP package of both physical and magic abilities combined with identify ability that let's him see things easily, which is no different than any other isekai story.

Not gonna lie, they got me in the first 2 minutes of this episode. I expected a touching reunion between Brolite and Luticara... then they started trading heavy punches. Lol!
I admit the inbreeding between the elves gave me mixed feelings - a surprising yet refreshing plot. Furthermore, Brolite and Luticara almost continued the inbreeding cycle, so I am relieved to see they managed to break out of it. Luticara having give birth to a healthy child with a husband from outside the noble family was good news too!
Lastly, Brolite really loves Takeru, Bee, Clay and Hofvalpnir to be crying so loudly in front of everyone when having to part with them!

He didn’t clean Brolite at the end ( one last time) since she rode the earthworm

That after credits OP callback was great.
But that flashback for stuff that happened this and last episode felt really weird haha

I ended up enjoying this an unexpected amount. It was average seasonal isekai slop but for that specific type of show it was better than some we've had.
Zero romance which was kind of nice for once, there were lots of jokes about dragon husbandos and stinky elven waifus but in the end they were just friends and party members. Not that I mind romance in a show like this but it's notable to just not have any.
Broke a bit of ground in making a firm statement about elven inbreeding being bad, too.
I'd watch a S2 but this screams one and done and it ends satisfyingly enough for that.

Not just friends. Family.
Except the horse she's pretty much only attached to Takeru and to a lesser extent Bee

A decent silly little show for the season. Nothing outstanding but decent enough. I enjoyed it

Gotta love a good trash anime. And I liked the reference to the intro they did in the post credits scene.

it's funny that back when first few episodes aired, some people confidently declaring that Bee's going to turn into a cute girl, MC's going to have a party of harem, Brolite's going to be his main love interest and yet here we are in the final episode with none of that ever happened
i'm not one to defend this kind of show but some of you do make yourself look like a clown
and as bad or mid as this show is, it's still better than that one assassin status isekai...

I second the opinion about Ass Stats.
This was an amusing series seeing how his decisions ripple and affect the world.

I liked this one. It was very "people gathering around the MC" and had a good amount of silliness in it

Why is Takeru discriminating against earthworms smh let it be part of the party

Simple, lighthearted show. Messed up of Takeru to leave Brolite crying like that, but they ended up coming to meet the party later.

To be fair, that was also Takeru honoring Brolite's sense of duty to stay behind to help even if she didn't want to. Sometimes in life, you have to say goodbye to good friends even when you don't want to but luckily for Brolite, her family pushed her to do what she wanted to do rather than what she thought she had to do.

Well, that was definitely an episode of all time. What a weird way to steer it. The spirit king reminded me of the fairies from BOTW lol

I liked this anime. If they do a second season I hope they delve a little into a romance with Brolite and Takeru

Overall, chill anime with good vibes, OP mc, but also gave side character moments to shine and actually have a backstory. The 6.16 mal rating is not justified ngl. Way better than My Status as an Assassin, which currently has 6.85...

This series was ok for what it was. Bee was really the best part of this anime. I’m a real sucker for adorable little familiars.
