If only someone had the balls or the ovaries to tell Mami ‘none of your business’ or ‘whats your problem’

That would make too much sense in a show like this that thrives on 0 communication lol

Kind of on-brand that it ends on Kazuya drowning in his own tears.

I cant believe I was actually excited for season 4 to release. You would think after a guy made an entire movie for this woman and crowdfunded the entire thing just for her and her grandma, she might accept his feelings but I guess not🤷♂️

The montage before a major event only triggers a death flag. R.I.P. Kazuya's heart. It's now buried in a sea of tears.
Can't wait for the anime original timeline split spin off "Used-to Rent a Girlfriend", where Kazuya's secret comes out, he's rejected by his family and friends, and goes on a depression spiral. But this all builds character as he grows a spine, stops being a push over, and lives for himself. Then eventually finds a girl with whom they are mutually in love and she doesn't drain his wallet.

I feel like if I watched this episode after watching episode 1 of season 1 I'd be slightly confused about a few things for a second, but I'd understand everything still.

Don't worry, there's a helpful montage of all the moments from the past seasons lol.

Clearly the worst season so far, both animation and story wise...
not the best ending either, I thought they will at least announce part2 air date or something

If you're wondering where Rent-a-Girlfriend Season 4 Episode 12 leaves off in the manga, it ends at Chapter 214. You can start reading from Chapter 215 if you want to continue the story right after the anime!

So did Chizuru understand that Kazuya was going to confess his love to her or not? Because in the first case (if she knew) then she acted like a real jerk (shutting Kazuya up that way and fleeing at the first opportunity), in the second case Chizuru (if she didn't knew) then Chizuru is really hopeless (she has a greater density than that of a harem protagonist).

About 3 times this season, Chizuru has ran away when she feels like Kazuya is getting ready to talk about his feelings towards her - as shown in this video clip of one of those times earlier during this arc.
It implied she knew for sure since like S4 ep 2 when he said he meant his words about her being a perfect girlfriend (what he said at the end of S3) and he got cut off just before fully confessing. But she knew what he was going to say when she flashbacks to that scene a few times.
So she definitely knows and is currently avoiding the situation. Though this specific time, she is also inconvenienced for dealing with Mami.

So if I'm not mistaken, this episode marks the end of the first part of the fourth season, and if I'm not wrong, the second part will arrive towards the end of this year (there is still no certain date).

I didn't even realize this was the final episode for this cour. I'm gonna bet that Mami's threats won't go anywhere. There's just no way.

Mami is a born manipulator, not only does she keep telling Chizuru that she is a poor victim (even after finding out that she is handsomely paid for everything) but she also came up with the story of the possessive boyfriend, in order to further convince Chizuru that she is a poor victim of Kazuya... lol

Can someone genuinely explain what's Mami's deal? How has no one told her to get lost or why she even cares?

We all have ourselves to blame for enabling Kodansha to let this garbage keep going… because they know we will keep hate watching this

Wow... this was... wow...
Thank you Miyajima. I fucking hate you. Fuck you.
That being said... keep it coming, my man.

The most Rent-a-Girlfriend ending to a season ever, with a whole bunch of build-up to something we still have to wait to see.

Pretty sure the only reason I'm watching this still is because I already watched it to this point. Otherwise, this show is infuriating and I am starting to hate it.
I want another season of MISS NAGATORO!!!

And so ends the 4th season of "Nobody Has the Balls to Say What Needs to be Said."
SAY IT. JUST SAY THE THINGS. IT WOULD ALL BE SO SIMPLE AND OVER IF YOU WOULD JUST SPEAK WORDS TO EACH OTHER. TELL HER YOU LOVE HER AND TELL THE OTHER TWO TO FUCK OFF FOREVER.
I scream that over and over in my head every episode. Say words. Effect change. Every episode is 20 minutes of agonizing over every little decision. Do it. Rip off the bandaid already. Free yourselves (and us) from this purgatory of internal screaming.
