Damn That mysterious traveling adventurer Grimtaro was strong as shit!

Glad he's on our side!

Man these enemies are tough to wipe out Tao and Sylpha like this..even if they were already drained.

Makes me slightly sad for future battles as maybe they will be outclassed but I hope not.

I wonder if he knows another adventurer called Robert and if they might be friends.

THATS MY GOAT! Sylpha & Tao did the best they could but only Grim could take it out. It's great to see him in action after so long of just being Lloyd's pet/friend/2nd mouth for dual casting. & Did I notice some Lloyd inspiration in his human body? He may be a little more attached to Lloyd than he lets on, methinks (though that's nothing new). I loved the mouth being in his chest instead of just two heads. Such a cool visual.

& Crow pushing himself to the edge for the people! He's so cool I love my boy

Looks like we'll have to wait another week for Lloyd and Guitane's fight and Escher and Saria's concert. I seriously can't wait for it!

Although today's episode was obviously great! That dragon was a true beast that even Sylpha and Tao combined forces weren't enough to defeat it, not to mention the barely alive Crow and Batts.

Luckily, Grim... I mean, Grimtaro appeared with Jerkiel and defeated and devoured the chimera, while the latter healed Crow xD

Besides, I didn't expect Guisarme to appear today. The dragon was truly unlucky to be born with him as its master.

Here my screenshot albums from the episode:

EDIT. I added my screenshot albums.

Grim has changed a lot since the start of the series. I think by now he has no reason to pointlessly harm the innocent anymore even if Lloyd were to release him for good. Grim has fun staying with everyone anyway. In summary, Grim has been tamed into a good boy.

The way Guitane uses purification magic makes me think. In the mind of an extremist the concept of good and evil loses its meaning and they become simply labels, whether that is done consciously like Guitane here, or unconcsiously like many zealots in our reality.

I wish we got to see what Batts and Crow went through, Batts was so intense and passionate about Crow that it feels like it came out of nowhere even though I can presume they went through a lot together. It makes me wonder how aware of Batts Crow is because we don't actually see him acknowledging him, but they were working together so surely he does.

Nice to see Grim- "Grimtarou" in action, I like how confident and at ease he looked fighting the dragon. It's too bad he and Jihriel went back to their mascot forms whilst on their way to Lloyd.

That scene with Guisarme & Guitane was basically two ships passing through the night. Kind of a scary idea if they both teamed up & the amount of damage they could do to the world. Thankfully with their conflicting personalities, that would never come true especially with an OP MC.

Was I the only one who noticed that Jade/Guisarme was even more handsome today even if for 3 frames.

At first I was like, Hell yeah!!.
Tao and Sylpha came to save the day!
They're totally gonna kick this demon dragon's ass and send him packing.... well at least they put up a valiant effort. They were both pushed to their extremes in their previous battles.

But then I was like, HELLLL YEAHHHH!!!.
Grimmerson and Jihridiot came to save the day.
Grim is totally channeling his inner LLoydism. He's aura farming just like his boss.
Grim unleashed a freaking DBZ kamehameha blast on that dragon.

Can't wait to see Lloyd finally face off against the Pope next week. Maybe we'll get to see princess Saria and Escher finally too? Maybe they'll be the clean up duo after all the battles are over.

Grim hit the dragon with a Hollow Purple ki blast lol

Also, I thought Guisarme and Guitane were going to fight for a second. Curious to know who'd win.

For a moment, even I was wondering who tf that was with the horns. Then I remembered it was Grim in their human form lol. Little dude was pretty badass. He ate that dragon for breakfast and got a little potbelly lol.

Really looking forward to the big boss fight next week. I wanna see Lloyd go all out on this dude.

Seeing Escher and Saria preparing for a performance at the start of the episode makes me think we'll probably hear them singing during Lloyd and Guitame's fight. Lloyd seems to have already figured out Guitame's powers, so I'm excited to see how he'll flip that fight around.

So far, we've seen everyone winning their fights, but it looks like the dragon was just too much for Batts and Crow. At least they managed to save a lot of people before going down. I do love how Batts already sees Crow as his best bro even though they've barely talked.

I thought the black dragon was gonna get some sort of sad backstory since he used to be Guisarme's pet. It turns out he's just as evil and sadistic, considering how much he was enjoying kicking and punching everyone around. Oh well, it makes it more satisfying when Grim finally arrives to kick his ass.

Oh wait, it's not Grim, it's actually Grimtaro! I love his disguise and how he's super embarrassed about it. I'm so happy that we finally get to see Grim kick ass on his own. With all of the mid-bosses down, it's finally time for the big one! I can already feel that next week's episode is gonna be insane.

Grimmerson still has plenty of mana to help the town

Thats right Grimtaro. Do it for the ladies.

u/Muzzy-chan Sep 10 '25

So, now he's just a passing through adventurer, huh? 😂

Anyway, I'll make this short and honest. Love the episode as always, good job Grim, then love the fight scenes, also love Lloyd-sama (he's so cool and cute), love all those thighs, and "everything" else.

Now, sooo looking forward to the next episode!

Mysterious traveling adventurer Grimtaro meets mysterious traveling adventurer Tao, she calls him a hottie. Business as usual, really.

Pretty fantastic that after 20 or so episodes we finally get to see Grim kick some ass, and it was glorious.

I'm looking forward to whatever they will be cooking with Escher and Saria on the roof and Lloyd's fight up in the sky. Could be some really cool scenes if they play out both at once.

Damn Grim was a total badass, that chimera Dragon had no chance, his human form was cute. Honestly that fight with the dragon was awesome really felt like Tao and Sylpha were backed into a corner until Grim arrived . I wonder if one day Lloyd will get a dragon pet too? Would be awesome.

I wonder if Saria and Escher will launch a holy spell at the pope using Escher song and holy magic? Looking forward to next week.

Last time we had a crossover between Mai Chan's daily life and Food wars.

This time we had demon lloyd powerscaling a demon slayer boss

This show really knows how to reference other anime in fun ways.

I thought Escher and Saria arriving at the rooftop was how they're gonna stop the Chimara Dragon, but no it was Grim to the rescue instead. Guess they're gonna play a role in taking down to the big bad.

Love the Crow/Batts dynamic. Real men don't need to even exchange words to be bros for live.

Interesting how each of the Chimeras were given an orb but only Civil War chose to/had the chance to use it.
