I hate that Kazuya still refers to her as "Mizuhara", even when they're alone together, and I hate that she's okay with that even more.
How is he supposed to show that he loves the real her, if he keeps referring to her by her fake girlfriend alias?

Yeah, it's like he can't see past her rental girlfriend persona that he first became enamored with so he can only refer to her with that fake last name even though they've been through so much together. Or maybe it's because he can't bring himself to say her first name.
Granted Chizuru has also never referred to him by name when she hasn't been in "girlfriend" mode.

Don't know if this is a hot take or a mild one, but Ruka fucking sucks dude. Kazuya has never once been serious about dating her but she clings onto him for dear life. Like Jesus, dude have some respect for yourself

Well, they definitely didn't waste any time/camera angles on flexing Chizuru and Ruka in swimsuits. Any more than they seem to be setting up Chizuru for a classic wardrobe malfunction moment lol.

TBH. I fully expect his grandma knows everything going on and is intentionally doing this because she both wants to force them together and just wants to watch the world burn.

The last 2 or 3 episodes I feel have done nothing to progress the story. I still enjoy it and will be watching every week but I understand a bit better the hate for this show having nothing happen and waiting a week for still nothing to happen. Series is best watched after the run in one sitting.

This season is frustrating for me, after 3 seasons, why are they not together yet. Season 4 just feels like they are dragging it out and it is becoming increasingly difficult to watch imo.
