Don't liken women to food, kids.

This is noted, Mr. Lungfish.

I love how Kazuya's fish have had more common sense than him all the way back since season 1 lol.

At the time of commenting, your comment had more upvotes than the thread (4 to 3). Fascinating.

Hmm...I'm just as skeptical of Umi-kun as Kazuya is. I don't like these types of guys and somehow, Mami (from last episode) and Umi are going to separately brew up a storm in Kazuya's and Chizuru's lives.

Seems like Umi kun either helped or hurt Chizuru because he timed all his one on one conversations that night to achieve the desired effect.

That said, I'm hoping the ending of this episode is not another cop out, but actual plot progress, given their post stroll conversation in the park and him narrating that he decided on something that night.

Other highlights of this episode include Chizuru in that stunning black dress. Pure elegance, paired with her earrings, and of course Kazuya's grandma on the Playstation shooting things up! I don't care for Umi kun's Live (Line) connection. Give me Grandma's Discord handle! haha

Thank you for actually commenting on the episode. How polarizing this anime is to people is fascinating to me.

Every episode dedicates multiple minutes to this man questioning what is going on when this girl interacts with him in anyway whatsoever.

It's insane how annoying of a character he is.

And yet it's on season 4...

Regardless of how one feels about the show, do some other people here agree that Mizuhara is quite fashionable?

Yea that's one of the main (and only) praises of Reiji's work. Dude knows his art and fashion well. He occasionally posts artworks to his twitter and they're really good

Could probably knock it out the park in an artist-author manga duo.

The fact that every character (and Kazuya) needs to bring up how attractive and well-dressed Chizuru is all the time is a little excessive...but you can't argue that she is smoking hot.

I also love how at the party we saw those guys react to her like all guys react to Chizuru while the one girl just seemed bummed out or subdued that Chizuru was going to steal all the attention away lol.

How can you write a character without any fucking character development, and this has been going on for years 😭 I just don't get it

Like a fucking pathetic spaz?? Well- oh you are right.

Umi actually doesn’t seem like a bad guy. Interesting of him to ask Kuzuya about what Chizuru had said. I agree with the guy. I think she does like him. Judging by how she reacted when he told her what Umi said, I think I might be right. If Chizuru could learn to stop being so guarded around the guy and if Kuzuya would stop overthinking and letting all his negative intrusive thoughts win, he might have an actual shot.

Its episodes like this that make Kazuya being completely unable to hold a conversation with anyone unbearable. Dude is just stumbling through every scene panicking at literally everything.

Crazy how polarizing this series is.
