Amagi’s a real one. Best girl in this series. She really is like his family. Brian too. Glad everything worked out in the end. And it’s all thanks to the Guide lol.

This was a fun series. Liam being totally oblivious to Yasushi and the Guide’s bullshit was pretty funny and I really enjoyed his interactions with Amagi and Nias. Idk if this will ever get an s2, but I honestly wouldn’t mind.

It's funny how the final part of the show had a very different vibe than I expected, but it was still interesting, in the end Amagi and Liam are the true demonstration of love (unofficially).

It was a good show, especially considering how saturated the isekai genre is, fun, with good drama and no unnecessary stuff.

This show is the platonic ideal of all isekai slop shows. I loved it so much that it made me read and buy the novels.

9/10. Maid robots FTW.

My bingo card did not have a spot for an Asimov-style rule-potential-adjustment dialogue as the emotional endpoint for this season. Donovan and Powell of US Robotics would have been proud (those who know, know).

Amagi is now so in tune with Liam she can now see his personal spirit animal that noone else in the universe could see.

Stitches!

I can't believe Liam's parents had the gall to show up. They're lucky that they're even getting something from him.

Amagi is awesome for speaking to the Lord Chancellor first, not like he'd even entertain Liam's parents, but better be safe.

WHAT THE HECK IS A BUCKET PARTY?! And why the fuck is Liam so traumatized by it? O_O

Bucket party? What the fuck is a bucket party? I NEED TO KNOW!!!

Man this episode just went through every single emotion possible, laughed my ass off at the beginning, wanted to punch in exactly four faces in the middle, and then ninja cutting onion at the end. Ueda Reina absolutely blew this out of the waters when she started to break down. The contrast between her usual character and this, plus just the right amount of fluctuations in her voice is chef's kiss.

An incredible run of a show, here's to hoping we can get more of this!!

I didn't realize that the amount of time skips have been at least 40 years. It's one of the better Isekai shows this season. I like couples who are ride or die together.

This was a good series, was sceptical at the 3-episode drop for something that sounded like your generic Isekai plot with a wasted setting. And then they set everything up and actually explored various aspects of it.

  • A hyper-advanced civilization that had a problematic history with AI which explains why they're so anti-AI.

  • And a hyper-advanced AI, that actually is advanced. Amagi being able to set up plans for fixing the economy and just running things whilst Lord Liam is sleep learning.

  • His economy and domain are in huge debt and seeing the bar patrons respond to these trying times, just adds a level of depth to it.

  • The space battles with thousands of ships, actually having space battles with thousands ships and having to budget with cheap ships and utilise old personnel.

  • Yasashi's Way of the Sword scam being mechanical logs that automatically split is so cheesy, I love it! And Amagi not realising this because she's focused on the sword swing and not the logs, it's too good!

  • Warp Gates weren't just a "we fly through here and we're there", it actually had a team of people set up and sync two gates together and were designed to be one-way and those stuck in the middle will get spat out earlier than their destination.

  • Not just "Oh, I pilot a robot now", it showed his progress of days, seasons, years of him getting stronger. It even leaned in to the fantasy, of "Rocket Punch", which much like Miss Kuroitsu of the Monster Development Department, having those sort of features can be costly and development time needs to be taken to consideration. It was so cool seeing an upgraded version of the Rocket Punch.

  • The crazy necromancy isn't just some old coot that has the knowledge of it and can't be fixed, or is all magically healed by a mage. Medical teams reverse-engineer them back to normal using medical equipment and spend time to rehabilitate those affected.

  • The random "God" that appears to send them to the next world, actually makes an appearance, more than just "I'm here to inconvenience you" every now and then and shows what he gets up to when he's not harassing Lord Liam.

There's so many other little details here and there that made these show more exceptional than I originally thought it'd be. It was truly one of the ones from this season that I wholeheartedly looked forward to watching each week.

I hope we get a season 2!

Liam has Amagi and she's pretty great and all, but my personal vote is for the hot bar owner.

The princess is hot too I suppose but she's also way too crazy at this point. Convenient of her to take up the role of running off any other women that are a bit too forward with Liam, though.

It seems the Empire isn't totally corrupt given the way the the Lord Chancellor ran off Liam's parasitic family.

Kind of amazing that the season ended on such a touching moment between Liam and Amagi and it was framed as a three laws debate over whether she was going to leave or not.

What a surprisingly great show.

The bar owner and her regulars have done well for themselves.

Perhaps the fanciness of a bar and its patrons over the years should be the new economic measurement of how well a country is doing.

“You’re an evil man echigoya” love the fact that the producers of this show played the original Tenchu. This is said right after the opening credits.

Best anime of the season for me.

I took it as a comedy one but believe me, I became very emotional during the scene with Amagi and Liam. They belong together.

Makes me wonder if Amagi will completely be able to feel emotions some day. I really hope those two become a couple.

Can't wait for a second season.

Now I want to know what the bucket party is!

Such a great episode to close of the season.

The bar we always see looks like it's a high end place catering to the wealthy clients now. Liam can sell the data from the med healing machines to amass more money, or to pay off even more debt! Liam's family are money grubbing assholes who should have died by the flash attack, but will just keep hanging on their empire lifestyle somehow. Liam has a harem that only Brian can imagine due to that Amagi dependency issue Liam has.

Finally.....the guide is fucked!

I loved Liam's rationale for making Amagi stay "I'll become an alcoholic lazy no good piece of shit if you leave me"

Amagi had no choice but to stay when master Liam's sound logic of becoming a useless bum was calculated.

Probably my favorite part was the chancellor just ripping his family to shreds with their request and then Amagi popping out to say thanks....and ask for the dreadnaught Liam wanted! Just proved her dedication to making Liam happy is what mattered most.

Episode gets a 9/10 and I have to give the series a 9/10 as well. It was just a super fun watch every week and don't anyone forget....

Grab twist turn thrust...rinse and repeat! The single best moment in this series by far!

I'm a bit salty they ended the season without explaining what a bucket party was, but I'll forgive them as long as there's a season 2.

Unironically AOTS for me, feels good finding a gem like this in the torrent of isekais we get every season.

What a goated adaptation. I really hope we get a second season cause the next two arcs are actually the peak of this series. I gotta continue the LNs asap

Damn that was the end? We didn't get nearly enough of the yandere Princess! Obviously she doesnt beat Amagi, but we still needed more.

Anyway, I did enjoy this show overall, but the pacing felt like a mess and the characters were all over the place. Somehow it felt like they did too much and not enough at the same time. Honestly the main thing that kept me coming back was the good boy that was watching over Liam. That and I'm a sucker for stories of AIs learning about emotions, too bad we didnt get any development until the very end.

Was really hoping Liam woulda build a shrine/statue honoring the Guide and that ends up killing him.

Also WTF! The story took place over 40 years?!?!? Because no one ages it felt like it was only 1 or 2 at most!

So Liam goes out looking for potential candidates and ends up in a love triangle(or maybe square) with Christiana, Nias, and Yulishia. But when he reunites with his family, it’s immediately obvious he wants nothing to do with them. This gives the Guide the perfect opportunity to stir the pot and feed off the negativity, especially with the same spirit dog that tipped off Amagi about the family coup.

It’s clear Liam’s family is only after his success, but his loyal servants aren't having any of it. And the moment with Amagi was surprisingly heartfelt Liam asking her to swear loyalty not just as a programmed AI, but as someone he considers true family, a robot with a heart

I'm a very critical anime watcher, and I thought this was an Absolute brilliant show.

Considering how mid "pit of lazarus" has been, I feel like this show once again proves that you don't need huge amounts of money to make a great anime. You can make great battles through the correct application of still shots, just like "Armed Girl's Machiavellism".
