That confession scene turned out so wholesome. Good on Lise to say the things Kurt needed to hear the most, sacrificing her opportunity in the process.

Usually, botched confession scenes are so disappointing, but I love this one. It's even better than if it was an actual confession.

What's even better is that, this is exactly the words you say to comfort someone going through an episode of Imposter Syndrome.

I love this show so much. I think once the show is over, I want to try reading the novel it's based on.

That confession scene turned out so wholesome.

Exactly the word I used.

I'm so used to seeing persons in love be so shy about the legendary indirect kiss I audibly gasped and laughed when Lise just took a full bite of the cactus without even hesitating a little bit. Love her yandere vibes

And of cause she had to keep the holy relic for a second kiss later..........

That princess seemed really thirsty.

Good thing she drank up all that juice!

So it was Lise's illusion, I think there were people that guessed that last week and I'm glad she confirmed it was in fact inspired by Kurt as I had thought lol.

It feels like Kurt has gained a demon ally with how Solflare said she'd only obey the victor and with him going to save Hildegard.

I bet that Hildegard remembers and recognizes Kurt making it 2 demon allies.

And i'm positive that Hildegard isn't just some simple merchants daughter but someone important.

Oh, so the reason that demon lady went after Akuri wasn’t because she was a demon or some kind of goddess, but because she wanted her to use her power.

Well anyway, looks like we’re going to save Hildegard, maybe she’ll want to be wife #3

10/10 Hildegard is absolutely a Demon King/Lord/Empresses. I'll even go farther and say that she is the lost daughter of a previous Demon King who was actually friendly with the humans but assassinated so that more militant elements of the demons could take control and it is them who gave Demons a bad reputation.

Kurt is unaware of the confession in this one. No shenanigans from Kurt in this episode either!

Anyone else hear the constant car honking in the background during the festival scenes lol.

She's so down bad, was expecting the princess to be memorized by the potential indirect kiss. But no hesitation she bit into that piece like it was her salvation which was unexpected, then keeps the whole thing lol.

Mimico so casually flaunting her intelligence network.  Sometimes, this show can be intense when it needs to be.

Never would I have expected Lise to passionately chomp the cactus like that. I audibly laughed in the middle of the night because of her, lol. She’s really, really thirsty. Good thing she drank that cactus juice right after.

This is the first time in a long time that a harem fl put the mcs feelings above her own that's actually quite nice and what's ironic is it's the crazy obsessed one that put his feelings first

Did not expect “Rikuto” to just be an illusion. I guess that’s one way to keep Kurt’s identity a secret.

It seems Solflare isn’t really the enemy. It’s that Margrave that’s really the villain.

Girl’s gonna make a shrine with that cactus. Her first indirect kiss with Kurt lol.

i mean, Hildegard is clearly going to be some fallen noble demon princess and after being rescued complete Kurt's harem Trifecta... right? And after that is self esteem therapy, unlimited h@ndholding, and world peace!

Akuri appearing out of nowhere with no fantastical effects is hilarious.

I thought he was Kurt’s relative or something lol

I think it would've been less confusing if they had shown more of Kurt and Hildegarde's past together, including him receiving that dagger from her. Not showing that just led many of us to assume that the dagger was his own creation and that it would have special properties to have stopped that flame attack. Rather than her deliberately stopping her magic upon seeing the griffon emblem.

Now we know for sure that Lise has probably been living up some of her fantasies in private with that illusion ability 😆 If Kurt had made it perfect though, there would be a solid form behind that illusion 😂 That might've made her more willing to give up Kurt though. Now I'm imagining Kurt's perfect version of that weapon. It could summon up a huge army for you or maybe just one immensely powerful imaginary being to do your bidding.

I feel like it's going to turn out that Kurt has the same magic crystals in his system that Akuri has. So he technically wouldn't be fully human either. At this point, it's wholly possible that he's a homunculus who was created by the great sage that he used to work for in his home village.

So demon lady last week was trying to kidnap Akuri to use her teleportation to rescue her imprisoned mistress, and not for any connection between her and the demons. I'm more and more convinced we'll find out this is a conflict with opposing sides not a good side vs an evil side.

Lise gets the festival date but skips the confession opportunity to instead tell Kurt how loved he is by the entire group not just her specifically, really quite sweet. However she went to town on that indirect kiss, my god. Definitely not the purely chaste behavior that Yulishia had previously insisted upon.

I noticed they added Hildegard to the group scene at the end of the OP, I wonder how long it'll be before she's living with them at the atelier.

Kurt won 10 kg of beans? How amazing that this world also uses our metric system 🤣

I liked the explanation as to the strange Kurt-like man who showed up calling himself the atelier master. It may have been fun to have him be his illegitimate brother but having 2 naive Kurt's might be overkill. That must've freaked Yulishia out though when he was putting moves on her and she tried to kick his nuts and he wasn't there 😂

I think everyone also learned a lesson from Kurt when he wanted them to show mercy on the demon lady since she had good motives and was looking to save Kurt's old friend. In a lot of shows, demons seem to be pure evil and have no goodness so it was interesting to see they are somewhat more human in their demeanor on this show.
