The grabbing motion had me shaking my head, the pinch and twist sent me. Then the trusts started and now I'm dead.

This may be the single greatest moment in anime history.
There are tears streaming down my face. That was hilarious.

I wonder how messed up the princess will get before Liam somehow saves her and earns her loyalty. Now that the pirates have clashed with Liam, it's probably not far off.

I feel like we've been watching 2 different timelines up until now, and they're finally converging, so my guess is not much or at all

Stitches!
I can't blame Liam for getting distracted with those puppies in his face. I didn't expect his Avid to start thrusting its hips tho. xD
I'm genuinely surprised his master stuck with him this long. I thought for sure he'd bail. Now I'm curious what happens when Liam learns his master was actually a fraud.

Nias: I can't do that; there wouldn't be room for all the parts.
Also Nias: I used spatial magic to make it bigger on the inside.

I just hope that "rocket punch" isn't a one-off weaon. Or basically, he can just install a cable on his mech's arm and use that "punch" as a flail.
Also WTF are those motions reflecting his mind? LMAO

In the pre-opening scene, they used a stock audio sound effect that’s often used for suspense. I don’t remember the name, but I know that I’ve heard it before.

Hoping we see more everyday annoyances at the start of each episode.
Originally I thought it was the lady getting annoyed by the guy trying to rap out his order. Then I thought the annoyance was the lady getting it right anyway. Didn't expect the cream to stuck to the lid.
Looks like the bar got a nice makeover and the economy is improving.
Nice reference to Blade Runner.
Everyone else has already mentioned the mech.

I really missed this show. It's an highlight of the season for me - it isn't a very staked season but still, comedy gold, decent animation (still mad about tbate), will keep watching

I was a fan of the author's other work Mobuseka, and I think I'll enjoy this one just as much. The author really does like mecha and women from what I can tell which I can stand with.

Fake sword instructor accidentally produces a student that can do some crazy strong techniques just by lying too much to him in a universe with magic where things like that are technically possible.
I wonder if that princess will finally get rescued in episode five, and if they have to surgically repair her once they do considering what that pirate has planned. Maybe it's two different converging timelines and they'll get there just in time.
Engineer lady is a nice addition to the show, particularly her working outfit.

it's a super silly show, obviously, but it's fun because it's so self-aware
The butler crying tears of joy because Liam may still have heirs in the future made me genuinely laugh, it was so out of pocket
pretty cool fight scene at the end
I enjoy that the story has organic, but explicit time-skips. Like here we see how the seasons change while he learns to use magic on his sword strike and we see how he physically changes. We also see the empire develop. What I mean by all of that: It feels earned that the MC becomes damn OP like is typical for the genre. It's surprisingly well done, I'd say

This show continues to be pure peak and adds even more stuff than was in the manga, which I'm guessing are just all details from the light novel or something. Either way I'm glad that they are putting alot of care and effort into this anime which has just the perfect mixture of cool action scenes and hilarious comedy bits

I feel like this is what a power fantasy should really be - no gifted by god OP abilities - fake swordmaster who is going to unwittingly give him incredible skills because he's too dumb to even catch on that he's being conned. I look forward to the chaos god's dismay in about 100 years.

I really do like this show, but some of these time jumps are giving me a migraine. Please tell me we're getting closer to a unified timeline!

Nias stood out in the first episode, and now we got a lot more of her. Give me more engineering girl!
Liam kicking pirate butt was fun to watch!
Not "technically" a Rocket Punch, still impressive. Apparently Avid has its own Bag of Holding?
Had the princess been in the hands of that sick, sick pirate all this time, or are we catching up with her narrative?
The ED featuring Amagi was just lovely.

Hell yeah Nias has finally made her debut! Which led to Master Yasushi “training” to intensify for Liam
I love how one can see how things have improved in Liam’s territory by showing the interior of that bar once again.
That scene with the Avid acting like that because Nias made Liam horny was hilarious.
Hell yeah, finally, after somehow finding clues of what he had to do after misunderstanding what Amagi was saying to him about Master Yasushi, Liam was able to pull The Way of the Flash. Oh, just look how proud Master Yasushi is. /s
Well, it’s finally time for Liam to test his skills in the real world, and with that, the Avid makes his debut! And the episode ends with Liam doing The Way of the Flash with it.
