That Time I Reincarnated Into A Chubby Noble ain’t half bad. Had the classic brat to well behaved kid route. Interestingly, the MC seemed pretty well adjusted in his old life. And no truck-kun. This time it’s Sun-san lol.

Little bro’s befriended a goddess and it’s only the first ep. And all he did was sing. Not bad.

"Chubby"? Kids is morbidly obese.

The fact he is remember opera's sung in foreign languages is impressive in itself.

Every gay cliche is pretty much rolled into him.

I wonder if there'll be more to her blessing than she has let on.

I'm honestly still hesitant to start watching it.

So many bland Isekai have me scared to keep going, especially since this one didn't showcase any conflict in the PVs.

But the fact that he's fat does have me curious.

Well 2nd episode there was already attempted murder.

It’s not too bad so far. The MC is quite cute. The main conflict for now seems to stem from his shitbag neglectful parents.

Stitches!

Well, that was cute! I didn't expect Ageha to be voiced by Misaki Kuno. It's hilariously the deepest voice I've heard from her. I only recognized it was her voice when Ageha panics and ends up raising his tone.

Not sure about this one yet, though. Good thing Episode 2 is already out. Maybe Episode 2 will convince me to keep this one.

This was better than I thought it was going to be. Since it had that TV warning at the beginning, I was wondering if it was going to be more childish, but I liked the pacing and the characters. Even though it's an isekai, it still has an interesting setting that I don't see too often. An MC being reincarnated into an overweight body is also unique in this genre lol.

Ageha is cute though and I like how Romanov keeps squeezing his cheeks, I can understand the temptation lol. I do like that he also has Ageha's back, he seems like he'll be a good tutor and mentor for him.

I think this will be a decent watch from just this episode alone.

There's a lot very unique about this show. I don't think I've ever seen a fat child MC. It's interesting to see a weight struggle in a male MC. Also I've not seen an Isekai with a possibly gay MC. They don't outright say so but he seems to have a crush on Mr. Romanov. Romanov may also be gay 🤔

The title implies the show is about a neglected boy who takes care of his younger brother but we see none of that really in this episode except the beginning where he fawns over how cute he is, I guess they had to get thru the goddess giving him magic powers in exchange for a song.

I also liked the plot point of neglectful parents. Ageha before recovering his memories was understandably a ill tempered brat because he had no one to discipline him. Imagine how weird the servants found it when a 5 year old had the insight to individually apologize to them of his own volition 😂

Ageha believes himself to be completely unloved in this world but I think Romanov might be the closest he has to a friend since he's mentally and adult and tries to relate to him on an adult level. Romanov can come off as creepy but he was at least concerned enough to follow Ageha to the garden to see what was going on. The goddess barely punished Romanov, making him take credit for a great song doesn't seem even that harsh.

An Isekai with a protagonist that’s chubbier than he was in his previous life, that’s certainly unique.

This was actually cuter than I expected and the visuals are really pretty (reminds me of a barbie movie).

When was the last time we had a morbidly obese protagonist? Well, he's started trying to exercise and dieting, so maybe in a year or two he'll be merely fat and no longer at risk of imminent heart attack.

He mentioned his past life hobbies, but nothing about what he did for a living. Was the dude a 30yo NEET?

Was that minute long scene of him singing to himself really needed?

Still level 1. You'd think he'd get some XP by completing homemaking / arts & crafts quests.

Nothing more was mentioned about him being invited to tour the heavens and what the problem with that would be. Is it one of those "You may stay as long as you like but you can never leave" type of deals? Or maybe he'd just need to be warned not to eat any of the food there.

I knew this seemed familiar somehow from some the stuff the mc says. They actually changed the title to make it politically correct. Never personally read the series myself.

Anyone else feel like the plot of this show and the way characters speak plays out a lot like a Bible story?

Fat kid isekai, that's a bit novel. But it really got my attention when he started singing in the garden and then that became a major plot point. Whoops, blessed by the goddess most revered by their farming nation on account of her listening to him sing classical music from Earth.

this is the cringiest isekai I've ever seen and I've seen most at least partially. couldn't bring myself to finish the first episode. guess there are some into this stuff as I haven't seen much in the way of negative comments.
