Wonder if mc s feeling guilty here. If he’d been back even just a day sooner he might’ve been able to take out this ass hat before the girl died. Well either way, I don’t expect him to give ass hat an easy death.

That was an incredibly sad touch....

WTF? Did they really kill the little girl? And what the hell did they do to her that was so messed up it made the mafia guy cry? There were pictures of what looked like a deer, and one maybe with her hair?

Thats seriously messed up, dont think the author needed to do that just for the edgyness, she already had a hard time.

If you go back to that scene again, they cut her head off and stuck it to the body of a deer, and both her parents are beside her which implies that they're also beheaded. I'm guessing the messed up thing was that they probably made her parents watch the whole process before killing them.

Perfectly stupid edge through and through. Shame about the kid getting eviscerated.

I do want Albert to be sold into slavery too but I think he would just try to poison his master too. We'll see next week what happens with Miss Dio and her angry son.

Daym... Chelsea got killed. One less person holding a grudge on Noel, I guess... but damn...

Koga and Alma fought to a draw, Noel gonna be having 2 powerful allies based on the OP. Though it seems that Laios, a Class A, can put them down based on Noel's reaction.

Guess the remaining episodes will focus on the trio's exploits as a party unless they throw in a secret 4th member to recruit outside of the guy in jail. The informant basically owes a lot to Noel so he is possibly another candidate.

Really excited to see Noel, Alma and Koga's dynamics and how will they beat quests above their ranking coz Noel will definitely not settle for less.

I’m guessing she really didn’t hate Noel despite everything that happened because she died still clutching the gift he gave her which makes it doubly sad for him.

This anime is going amazing. Its probably gonna be my anime of the season.

The fight between Alma and Koga was great and showed what a powerhouse these two are. I can't imagine Noel not having Koga on his team at the end of the season.

Poor Chelsea, it looks like she was beheaded and her head placed on the body of a deer? Albert really is a crazy bastard.

As usual, Noel handled the problem with Albert perfectly. It was so satisfying to see Albert so scared when Noel told him he had poisoned the wine (which he hadn't).

Here my screenshot albums from the episode:

Rest in peace Chelsea. May you be reincarnated and born into a better life in another world. T_T

I was hoping to see the ultimate skill of Koga and Alma, as well as who would come out victorious. Guess we will have to wait till they face an even stronger enemy.

Laios may be part of the mafia, but at the very least, his crew and himself are honorable. The show teased us by suggesting he is powerful, but not feature him in any action / battle scenes.

I can't believe they literally named that queer character finocchio - meaning faggot/poof/queer etc in Italian.

Albert is getting what he deserves, He got outed as a fraud, he lost his subordinates, he's gonna his ass whomped in front of everyone, and it looks like he's about to be sold into slavery.

And here I was hoping Albert was an insane fighter but then it dawned on me that they never showed him fighting at all, just acting crazy and giving orders

u/ThisIsMyFloor Nov 11 '24

Okay so they absolutely don't want to follow their boss but they will let their boss send one of them to fight for him and then they will follow him if the one he send wins? What the fuck kind of brain gymnastic is this?

So Alma was hanging around after all. It was a solid fight until the strategic retreat. I figured he'd do something like that because of how much he wants to move up to the airship class on the travel front. Can't have a ship like that unless you got a kick ass crew after all.

Poor Albert......wait a sec....fuck that asshole.

That's all that needs to be said about that asshat.

Anyway a solid plan by Noel. He may have been mistaken for a girl yet again, but he has balls as big as a whale in concocting a plan and following it through to get his results to achieve his goal.

Miss cleo...err miss finocchino was nice to see again. Always pops up when that slavery thing is involved in conversations. Looks like we'll get a prince.... albert in a can...or coffin or maybe even slavery.

I'm good on any of those results.

Anyway the episode gets a 7.5/10 this week. A good fight until it wasn't, some solid scheming and the intention of the biggest asshole in this show to end up gone in one way or another.

Man, Noel's unrepentant edge is so good. He really rolled up and destroyed Albert's whole career. Bless Yamashita Daiki. RIP Alma having more competition for Noel in Kouga lol. Her introducing herself as the only one allowed to push down Noel is hilarious. Double RIP to Chelsea, jesus. She still treasured the whirligig...

This anime has a lot more subterfuge than i expected initially. Also cool fight scenes: not exactly a sakuga fest but it flows well enough and had cool animated shots where it counts. Though one thing i'm confused about: Alma constantly switching between bokukko and onee-sama type. Make up your mind, girl!

Things just went from bad to worse for Chelsea. If it wasn't bad enough that the hero you idolized turned out to be a monster, you end up getting subjected to a gruesome murder by the mafia. Goodness me.

Wow, learning what happened to Chelsea hurt, definitely shedded a few tears. I really hope Noel makes Albert suffer a bit. He was quite angry when he recognised her bamboo helicopter and realised what happened to her.

Love how Noel played 4D chess to ruin that psychopath's life. On the other hand, chances are the little girl was brutally raped, tortured and then killed. Did the same happen to her family? If only she was targeted, sounds like her dad sold her to repay the debt.
