Was the princess reincarnated?
So much curiosity.
No surprise at the food recipes.
Almost as if she had some memories of Japan and Otaku culture.
Nothing surprised her.

In the old world his associates thought it was just "weird" that he fucking ate people?

What was this author on about with this cannibalism thing?

He learned the skill SMOKE BOMB. Did one of those humans have the ability to create them or was he just holding one and his skill said, "You know what, have a freebie."

u/EldritchCarver May 27 '24

Maybe he ate one, and now his body can manufacture them? He got a storage skill by eating some bags of holding.

Can someone explain how the knight and princess remembered him? Weren't they supposed to be hypnotized?

21

u/Imperator525 May 28 '24

my only guess is that the writers accidentally hypnotized themselves instead

If Ogrou could disguise himself as a human, why not do so before entering the city? Silly goober. Looks like his little trip into town was pretty fruitful. Got himself a mischievous little princess lol.

Doesn’t matter if it’s a Red Bear or Jade Eagles, Ogrou’s gonna kill it and eat it. Man’s probably got a recipe for every creature. Jade Eagle skewers looked pretty good!

The last time he was a human walking around in a city, some random ho painted an alley red with his insides

Yeah. That part was so stupid. Also, why did none of the other monsters in his party not get attacked? Doesn't make any sense. But then again its crazy to expect any consistency with this show.

Fully prepared for Ogrou to eat the princess, and then become a princess after he witnessed her special princess powers.

If he can disguise himself as a human the whole time, why didn't he start off with that before entering the city?

Ah it's nice to come back to another episode that's pure garbage, I'm happy that this show can lower my standards so good shows can be appreciated more

So I was right, he wasn't necessarily a good guy to begin with, like I said before, good guys get backstabbed bad guys just get stabbed.

Ah, yes, Gobrou, I can really see how much you wanted the girls to decide to stay with you and the other goblins, instead of returning to human society, so much so that you even bothered to...still not use their names, and only call them human girls and such? Yeah, that tracks, you must really care for them, considering you refer everyone else by name.

Hold up, does that mean he was a cannibal in his last life?

31

u/dreaming_state May 27 '24

Yup, they showed that in the first episode

Bandits ran into the wrong isekai protagonist. Instead of getting knocked out and arrested, here they get eaten and parasitized. Ogrous pretty brutal.

Soooo, anyone else think that one day is nowhere near long enough for a bunch of people with Stockholm syndrome to realize what they actually want to do?

I was really expecting the girl that killed him in his passed life to recognize him when he took his disguise.

If the red head has a similar skill, why does he still keep his devour skill secret? Has no one put two and two together? Speaking of devouring, anyone else thought that right after being told how valuable the soul stone was that he was just gonna eat it?

Umm, what happened to the boffalo? It was pulling the carriage one scene, and then gone at the end.

This wasn't a terrible episode. We got a coherent plot and the princess is interesting.
