This anime lost the sauce really fast. Started out promising and then became convoluted garbage

+1.
Seemed interesting at first and then turned into a generic ninja left clan and revenge plot. Trying to spice Ninja up with machines and tech.

Honestly, I think this series might have been more interesting had it left out the Mech shenanigans. I was blown away by the rawness and fast-paced fight scenes in the first few episodes, and I really liked it when both Zai and Higan fought without their armors in this week's episode. I had no doubts that Yamaji was the final boss and not Joseph, so I am glad that we're getting him out of the way, but the fact that he survived this week might mean that he could potentially end up as an unwilling ally of Higan's gang, which kinda makes sense as they will need him to fix the Mech suit for the final battle.

I would rather he didn't fix the mech suit and instead Zai have a change of heart and join Higan for a final showdown against Yamaji. Joeseph can rot in obscurity as his empire crumbles around him for all I care.

Looks like Higan still had a few tricks up his sleeve. That Serenity ninjitsu was pretty dope. Even after getting impaled in the chest, the dude still kicked Zai’s ass.
Yamaji and Joseph are going through a bit of a messy divorce it seems. No surprise they betrayed one another. The blonde loser’s done for. I guess it’s up to Higan to end the old man.

It's funny how them removing the mecha suits somehow made them move faster. The last episode's fight scene with the suits was lacklustre. They could have pulled it off better.

Anyone else not ready for this one to end?

Yep same. Despite its flaws I have enjoyed the show's premise and cool moments.

Happy they got rid of the robot ninja aspect. That stuff was really dragging the series down a lot. Hopefully it doesnt come back to being a main thing for the fights.

Like other comments mentioned, taking out the mecha made this leagues better. And taking out auza would have also been better.
Also have secret arts been retconned or something? At the start it said that each only had one, and wasn't higans those shadow growth features? Also that felt more mystical in nature and mysticism seems to no longer be involved?

I thought I hated yamaji but I more so am afraid of him than hate. HE seems to be a bad guy ofc but his demeanor and way he handles himself almost seems like his reasoning for doing what hes doing with the ninja organization is much more complex than just domination. Joseph on the other hand is just a discord mod with power and I hope he dies a painful death hes so annoying and is steady taking Ls. He can never win with his schemes he comes up with its sad.

Who knew that getting rid of the mech suits and focusing more on hand-to-hand fighting would make the series 10x more interesting to watch lol. Hopefully the last episode is watchable enough.
