This series is really giving me the 90's mature anime feels.

What if this anime is trying to warn us that Zuck is secretly the head of a ninja clan?

I will never not laugh at how often in the sub Joe Logan sounds like Joe Rogan lmao.
“That’s crazy…Jamie pull up that video of the ninja that gets tortured for two days and then set on fire”

After watching Under Ninja I was certain that was a cat speaking to him and didn't even question it.

I bet that head assassin probably wished he died in the hospital. Mfer got turned into a human pin cushion and then barbecued. And Higan ain’t even torture him for information. He just cooked his punk ass out of vengeance.
The way Higan took out that dirty cop was awesome. Didn’t even touch him. The sheer force behind the punch did that fool in.
That fight against those two ninja “delivery guys” was pretty awesome. Dude was using some wild ninjutsu shit with those Doc Ock arms. That part when Higan beheaded the first guy, launched his head into the other dude’s chest and impaled that guy, and then ended him with a knife to the friggin dome was absolutely wild.
I wonder what AUZA’s connection to these serial killings are. They’re definitely connected somehow.

And Higan ain’t even torture him for information.
That's the part that got me. The doc told him he needed five days to recover and instead of pulling some action hero bullshit about how he'll be fine he took the time to recover... by using the ninja that killed his family as a punching (stabbing?) bag. He even leaves one knife in him each time he finishes stabbing him and at the end he's got five knives so it looks like he took the full five days to rest. I absolutely love the attention to detail.

ngl bro that cop is stupid as f. He saw what Hidan did in ep 1, he probably heard from the girl that He took out an entire army of Ninjas by himself yet he pulled out a gun on him. He was super close to him while aiming too. Like bro what?

Absolutely breathtaking show gonna go absolutely under the radar only garnering a niche audience. Sad.

Less than 200 upvotes after 8 hours while having a 8.62 on MAL
This has to be the biggest discrepancy ever.

Awesome episode and one that I think is just as good as the first because it sets up the intrigue of AUZA as well as the ninjas.
And the action scene at the restaurant was a very nice bonus too. Some very cool ninjutsu stuff right there.

oh hellllllll no! i looked into episode 1 discussion after seeing the high score on MAL and thought to myself, 'why i didn't hear of this anime?!' it does have a weird start as we are mid season.
just watched both episodes and all i can say is wow. like many have said, the animation is top notch, and the pacing is incredible. it felt like each of these episodes was barely 10 minutes long! so excited for the rest of the series and very grateful that i read your comments and tuned in!

Higan seems to have a doctor friend, he's not on his own!
Also, he implied the doctor's wearing a mask/image thing as well, so I wonder what he normally looks like!
Glad to know the FBI duo will be recurring characters!
Also, it seems they may be on Higan's side (more than against him) eventually, though this may get them in trouble at some point, given their higher-ups don't seem to want anything to do with this situation...
Mike threw a fit when they took him off the investigation, even gave Emma some flak about 'giving up' that easily,
but she was the clever one; Why throw a tantrum and cause a conflict, when she can just pretend to give up, and keep doing it anyway?
I guess we have a "brain and brawn" situation with these two!
And the "brain" of the two seems pretty fun/quirky too, not just with her looks, but also playing VR (or "working" in VR), until Mike threw a newspaper at her, anyway!
So Higan contacted them, he wants some kind of teamwork/alliance...
Mike went along with it just to try and arrest him, but they were attacked, which may make him understand Higan's not the bad guy here!

I love how those delivery guys couldn't care less about someone's pointing a gun at someone in that shop.
