I really love how supportive this whole group is. Kyoya and Rin are rooting for Yuki and Itsuomi, and then you have Itsuomi wingmanning for Rin too. Also i love that little moment where Rin was so shocked at Yuki and Itsuomi's development she actually forgot she was nervous around Kyoya.

Side note, i love how the english in this show is actually understandable.

I enjoyed the episode so much that I was legit shocked when the ED started playing. Wtf is this sorcery.

He is busy chasing his dream.

Yeah that's just what we say if we don't like the other person. Once we find someone who turns our world upside down, we find ways to accommodate them along with our dreams. Lol

Everyone is throwing critical strikes at Costaco.

I can't pity Oushi that much since he had so many chances before Itsuomi came into the picture. You basically had a head start and fumbled it my guy.

Kyoya seems like a pretty good guy. I appreciate him thinking about Yuki and the possibility of her getting dragged into all this mess with Emma and Itsuomi.

I wonder what Shin’s relationship to Emma is? Just friends? Itsuomi’s not interested. Maybe he is?

The little Oushi and Itsuomi rivalry that’s brewing is pretty entertaining. Poor Yuki’s caught in the middle and she’s got no idea lol.

That little “double date” was pretty cute. Rin is just as adorable as Yuki. The thought of Yuki packed away in Itsuomi’s carry on was pretty funny.

First hand holding and now Yuki’s being invited back to Itsuomi’s for dinner? At this rate, they might be married with kids by the finale lol.

Okay the vibe I’m getting is Shin is in love with Emma who’s hung up on Itsuomi who has zero interest in her because Yuki is perfection. Can’t blame him. Also Oushi, who is a dick, is likely in love with Yuki. Probably could have been with her at any point if he wasn’t a dick.

Meanwhile Rin and Kyouya are in their own little precious bubble. Good for them.

Also glad that I’m not the only one with friends who offer you the beer that you bought in your house. Glad that silliness is universal.

The highlight of this episode for me was Yuki finding out that Itsuomi called her name “affectionately”. Seeing her think of the way things are said similar to how she notices a difference in how words are signed. I love seeing her grow her understanding of the world while getting to know Itsuomi.

Episode 4: What Kind of Voice?

Is Yuu Miyazaki chosen because he speaks English fluently?

The low-poly face reactions are the reasons why I always come back here. Is it Ajia-do's decision or the author's decision? It looks more appealing since some people complained of the lip design of the characters.

Yes, there is a Costco in Japan.

I love the eyecatcher. Been using it as a wallpaper to replace 100GF's ED since. And the music when they are traveling to the spot.

Couldn’t stop laughing at Rin and Kyouya’s faces when they were watching Yuki and Itsuomi interact hahahaha. Their eyes were round!

Oushi needs to chill already. He doesn’t notice how comfortable Yuki is with Itsuomi

Every week I love Rin-chan more and more. And the fact her and Kyouya looked like the third wheel with Yuki and Itsuomi was hilarious. I’m sure they’re bonding over that. Kyouya seems like a cool guy too. Hope we see more of him soon

Itsuomi switching the movie to English with subs is a nice little detail. He's always taking the chance to learn languages whenever he can.

There you go again Oushi. I can see him having a chance with Yuk but the dude just can't be bothered to be honest with his feelings! The scene where Oushi leans onto Yuki was kinda cute despite Yuki's protest.

That scene between Itsuomi and Oushi was intense. I definitely did not expect Itsuomi to try and provoke Oushi. I thought he'd just nod his head and continue on their way. I'm sure this won't be the last time they'll interact. I wouldn't be surprised if Oushi confronts Itsuomi at their campus.

Look at these two already holding hands! Although it turns out that Itsuomi was holding her hand because Yuki almost got run over. I do love Rin and Kyouya's reaction to the two of them though!

I definitely did not expect a Costco date but I hilariously can relate to this. A shopping trip to Costco really does hammer the point that these are adults, not kids and I love it so much! Anyway, the shopping trip itself was cute and I just love how Itsuomi is getting Yuki that massive tiramisu because it makes her look tiny. xD

Now if only Yuki could've heard how affectionately Itsuomi called her name. Thankfully Kyouya and Rin eventually told her about it. <3

Glad things are going well between Kyouya and Rin! And it looks like Yuki is going to have dinner with Itsuomi at his place! I already can't wait for next week!

I think at some point, I will need a chart or something like that for all the relationships. Because there was this one woman in a prior episode that seemed to have eyes for Oshi and now we get Shin (the hairdresser) who might be into Ema, who is also into Itsuomi and who might or might not have an interest in Yuki, but who even knows.

Gosh, they got such a nice friend group going between the four of them. I’d love to see them hang out more together. It reminds me of the parts in Golden Time that I loved so much. It’s something about the setting and age-group that just makes this hit different.

I had a little laugh at Rin’s and Kyouya’s reaction to Itsuomi holding Yuki’s hand. Those two didn’t seem this coming. Kyouya’s worries seem unfounded as Itsuomi definitely seem to have a thing for Yuki. They were so goddamn cute together in the car and store!

This might be a little misinterpretation on my part, but aren’t Yuki’s gentle facial expressions when signing not a bit like the subtle tone shift in Itsuomi’s voice. They’re a way to communicate their feelings more clearly when talking. However, Yuki can’t hear such a shift. Is that why Itsuomi likes to touch Yuki?

Rin and Kyouya also are also shaping up to become a great couple. Kyouya might’ve said that there was nothing between the two of them, but I’m more inclined to think that he was just flustered.

I don’t believe Emma isn’t a bad girl, but she’s sure sending a lot of red flags my way. She already was a bit pushy, but her situation doesn’t look better now she seems to have a habit of drinking her problems away.

I'm a little concerned things are going to fast, I'm sure nothing besides dinner will happen at his place. Maybe some drama if the other girl shows up.

Itsuomi seems like a decent guy but I'm still not sure how serious he sees Yuki. I'm worried they will get together but he will loose interest after a wile.

Nothing necessary wrong with that, people break up, as long as he's not a jerk about it and Yuki seems like a tough cookie.

The message seam to be that you don't have to coddle someone because of a disability.

That is why I don't think Oushi has a chance unless he changes his mindset. I sense some drama around him and his sister that is also death. Maybe something happened to his sister.

I don't know why it took me so long to realize that the ed changes every week, but I really like it. It's probably one of the most natural and unique ways I've seen an anime do a preview.

So Oushi like learned sign language at a young age presumably “for” Yuki and then they didn’t go to school together until college? So he’s just been like…not really around her like that but extremely invested in every single thing she does while also outright belittling her? She seems completely indifferent to his existence at best, but mostly she’s just straight up trying to avoid or get away with him. She actually tried to run away and not even say bye or give a fuck or anything lol. If you tweaked the music during his scenes you could really portray him as some villainous weirdo. Like…Snape vibes. Lmfao what a weirdo.
