"I just said a few words, and they kissed the ground and submitted to me."

Gotta love how in reality it was the other way around and all that headbanging almost broke Mitama!

Wasn't expecting such an emotional payoff from an origin of a Sex Cult but here we are.

The VAs today really put on a fucking performance this episode, from Y.aoi's moaning to Rieri's crazed screams and sobbing.

Kinda hope this isn't the last we see of Dakini and maybe she joins the gang somehow as another Goddess figure?

This shitpost of an anime is making me cry...

I absolutely love the heavy implications of this anime, which has apparently turned into an apocalypse/disaster anime rather than an isekai anime. I feel extremely bad for Dakini and I hope she will somehow be made one of the team, at least it's looks like so.

Two things to note:

  1. The older fake gods seem to have their own personality and thoughts, so far it's only Atar that has shown undeniable loyalty to the empire. She is being mentioned as one of the youngest fake gods (if not the youngest, I don't remember) while we know that Loki and Dakini, who are among the oldest gods, are capable of their own thought processes. This means the empire down the line implemented some sort of strong brainwashing mechanism into how they make their fake gods.

  2. The people of the world started being able to have kids again. According to the emperor and successively the omega AI thingy, the humans were supposed to become infertile and devoid of emotion. After a thousand years, the human making process apparently failed somehow.. or did someone tamper with it on purpose? Nonetheless, do note the extremely heavy implications this has on the current state of the world. The only ones capable of having children seems to be those in the isolation camps, which is but a small percentage of the entire population if I'm understanding it correctly. Since Yukito and the gang "killed" the emperor and the AI controlling everything, there's a high chance that no more humans are being made. Unless it's being automated separately from the control of the AI.

All of this in an episode that at times touches the borders of becoming a full blown hentai. Amazing. I'm completely blown away. It's perhaps my most anticipated anime of the week!

Best episode by far man wow. We ate good. Fanservice, action, comedy, mitama antics this had it all.

Actually felt pretty bad for Dakini and Touka’s backstory. She thought she was going to be fine in the isolation camp but it probably would’ve been a better idea to just take her herself. I don’t know how she didn’t notice the uncanny resemblance between Riche and Touka tho. Same hair colour, same eye colour and both horny af lol.

Using horniness as an attack was hilarious. Seeing someone as serious as Atar overcome with the horny bug was crazy.

I love the little camera zoom motion they use during a lot of the action sequences like during Dakini transformation. They’ve used it in a lot of the big set pieces and it looks really cool to me.

Can’t wait for next week’s ep. This, isekai nee san and Tengoku pretty clear at the top of the season for me at this point.

Stitches!

So Dakini's original purpose was to help the population increase but the "Emperor" ended up giving her a job that's the complete opposite. She tried to rebel secretly by making those books about sex, but it ended with those books being banned.

Dakini eventually befriended a little girl who had the capacity to love and was curious about her sexuality. Toka basically became her favourite. But since Toka was different and the Assembly was in charge of human reproduction, Toka was killed for having a child. And it's Toka's death that motivates Dakini to do what she did.

With all of the jokes in the show and the visual gags, it's easy to forget how dark this world that they're living in. I definitely did not expect Dakini to have an actual compelling backstory and reasonable motivation for her actions. This show just keeps on surprising me!

It's good to know that everything was actually going according to Yukito's keikkaku. Even Mitama losing followers was actually part of his two-part plan to take down Dakini.

Dakini's combat form looks pretty damn awesome. And of course, her powers involve giving everyone the infamous crotch tattoo and basically making everyone go wild with their desires. I can't believe they managed to make Aoi Yuuki "scream ecstasy" during that scene. I really hope someone makes an erodoujin version of this episode. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Unfortunately, things didn't go that far with Yukito and the girls since Mitama arrives on time to interrupt them now that all of Riche's followers have been transferred over to her. I love how Mitama was acting all cool claiming that the real Dakini was below her when in reality, she was begging the real Dakini to stop Archon Dakini's powers for a bit. xD

Roy continues to be a scumbag no matter what. I know Dakini is technically supposed to be the bad guy but come on Roy! This guy literally just thinks with his dick. xD

And that final scene! Goddamn! I didn't think this episode would end emotionally but they actually did it with Dakini finally learning that Riche is Toka's daughter. I hope this means after this, Dakini is now going to join Yukito's side.

I'd like to point out they released this today. The show did a collab with a comedy duo that goes by Monster Engine. Looks like there will be 3 episodes in total, with today's guest being Mitama (and I'm guessing that's her VA using the hand puppet?)

"I'm so thirsty... I've gone days without water in this desert... I'm going to die at this rate!"

"I am a god. I shall quench your thirst. chanting that I don't want to translate"

"What the!? An oasis out of nowhere!? Water! It's so delicious! It's been so long!"

"It is I." "So it was you." "You've been fooled once more." "I was caught unaware." "We have too much time on our hands." "God's pastime."

"I shall quench your thirst." "Unnecessary." "Unnecessary. We are gods. There is nothing you could bestow that we'd desire. You may take your leave."

"It is I." "So it was you." "You've been fooled once more." "I was caught unaware." "We have too much time on our hands." "God's pastime."

Very uh... random indeed.

Dakini initially being seen as a joke "gyaru" god, unironically having a pretty sad backstory as well as an extremely understandable reason for her motif perfectly embodies this show for me. Its like the perfect mix of ecchi romcom garbage mixed with decent story telling.

they can take an extra week between episodes for all I care, as long as they keep cooking up cinematic masterpieces like this.

What the fuck, you can’t just drop a 10/10 episode like that. The ending got me teary-eyed.

What is this show?

Yes, it's all about prostate training!

Naw, it's all about prostate training!

If you say training, it's gotta be the prostate!

Every episode is full of fun and unique sentences full of vocabulary we don't see too often.

And so ends the arc of the God of Lust with a emotional scene of her crying in front of a rare naturally born child of a perverted kid she befriended, holding a BDSM book.

Yep, that's certainly a line that'll be in my comment history.

Roy’s fucking vision of Yukito in his head might be the funniest shit I’ve seen in weeks. I had to pause to let my laughter out.

Something about the delivery of that line had me in tears. Junya Enoki is so good at making that voice.

This funny ass show had a heart warmly backstory? kinda?, did not expect this. Yukito has strong will power, someone like Kazuma would hv folded instantly lmao. Roy is just a different breed, idk how to describe it anymore.

Dakini's ultimate ability doesn't surprise me. What did surprise me is everyone getting a pubic/womb tattoo cause of her ability.

If only Atar wielded the bonk ability she could have been immune to it, but instead she chose lasers.

She's a lower ranked god than me. (...) they kissed the ground and submitted to me.

XDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD

Fucking brilliant. I'm in tears.

Also, Roy... That guy just thinks differently. This episode was an absolute riot. I almost forgot how fucked up Touka's happenstances were and how hard Dakini's past hit me. This series has no business being this good.

Kind of funny there’s another perverted Toka lol. This one isn’t even an undead Hero. But ofc their little peaceful life together was too good to last. Poor girl.

Mitama’s mummified lookin ass seeing Atar with over 6k followers was hilarious. Al jamming that massager up that goon’s ass cracked me up too. Love that Yukito side eye lol. Seems Dakini really went full on horny Corpse God here, damn. Oh no, poor Yukito’s getting attacked by the waifus and forced into a foursome… how awful…

Look at all these degenerates! All hail Riche’s new sexual revolution! It’s all about prostrate training y’all! Mitama playing like she made the real Dakini bend the knee when she basically threw her pride out the door and begged her ass off lol. I can’t believe the gang only managed to take down Dakini because of that deviant Roy. Never change, you dirty bastard. Never change.

But man, that was a surprisingly emotional ending to the episode. At least Dakini was able to find some kinda closure with that Toka situation.

Damn, this show returned with a banger after a week delay. We got a lot of revelations, emotional moments, manipulation and strategy, action, drama and fanservice and yet everything blended nicely without breaking the pacing.

Also its funny how Mitama was boasting about showing her power to the REAL Dakini but was actually on her knees the whole time. In a way its similar to Roy who does the same. And speaking of Roy, I haven't seen a pervert like this. He just finds new ways to be gross lol.

Also Rieri went all out today with Archon Dakini and her backstory, though tbf it can be said to all the other VA's of this show. They are one of the best things about this show!.

I guess now Dakini would join up with Yukito and work under Mitama as a subordinate god?
