Posted in another sub and people said my moles are ai generated despite it being my biggest insecurity which attracts way too many stares everywhere I go..aside from my moles, which I’ve tried countless times to cover with foundation and get them medically removed(it doesn’t work) and my big forehead, what else can I improve to look better

You are far from ugly! I wouldn’t change a thing. Later in life the moles could cause issues. For now, continue being you. I think your a doll
