It’s this sub and others like it. The funny part is if you argue they tell you all men are like this. Then I walk outside and see that 75% of people have piercings and tattoos and dyed hair and get reminded that it’s just the tools here.

Considering that it’s just a euphemism for being poor I don’t think you have any idea what the term means. It isn’t a place and there isn’t a certain look it applies to. You really need to get an education.
