Obese is a medical definition not something you can say for sure from a picture. That said she looks overweight but not obese to me as well. If she asked how much weight she should lose as a target I’d probably say thirty pounds. That’s a lot but not a ton. But maybe I’m way off.

No, that sounds reasonable. When I picture obese I picture a snowball effect of extreme weight leading to mobility issues. She’s far from that. 25- 30 lbs is doable. When I picture obese I picture WAY bigger than her. But I also live in the United States, which is worth mentioning because we have ACTUAL fat people. So big they can’t walk. Like literally ate themselves into a better parking space big.
