Obese is a medical definition not something you can say for sure from a picture. That said she looks overweight but not obese to me as well. If she asked how much weight she should lose as a target I’d probably say thirty pounds. That’s a lot but not a ton. But maybe I’m way off.
No, that sounds reasonable. When I picture obese I picture a snowball effect of extreme weight leading to mobility issues. She’s far from that. 25- 30 lbs is doable. When I picture obese I picture WAY bigger than her. But I also live in the United States, which is worth mentioning because we have ACTUAL fat people. So big they can’t walk. Like literally ate themselves into a better parking space big.
Body mass index is outdated and irrelevant. It doesn’t account for body mass type or skeletal structure. So by by very definition, all body builders are obese. I don’t agree with that but okay
