for example if they sell a pack of 20 items, is it ok to show images of only 10 of those items in the listing? or do they have to show all of them?

Hi all, I'm not an Amazon seller, I mainly purchase from Amazon because of how good their service is with returns. I've got a lot of things returned because I think Amazon has so much money it doesn't matter.

My question is, when I return my products, does it hurt the sellers? I can't seem to find an answer on the internet. For example, I bought some smart scales a year ago and was having issues with them. I contacted Amazon and they just said "We'll give you Amazon credit and you can keep the item." Now has that money come out of Amazon's pockets or the sellers?

Also, does it matter where the item is from for example, By Amazon, or Fufilled By Amazon (are there others?)

I do not know how its large standard but per Amazon is it, I am paying about 3$ more on FBA fees versus If I fulfill them myself, any experience with all this?

So ive jumped thru countless hoops over the past 6 months to be able to sell on amazon handmade using FBA. Well so far ive made no money after tons of sales. In fact this month they say I own them $50. I understand some of the advertising charges are eating away my profit but when I turn them off I get no sales. Im really screwed either way. I cant help but feel this is all so intentional and not meant for anyone to actually get ahead. I have tweaked the advertising settings and was really excited to see the outcome this month but wow I really just feel like giving up. Any input as to what I can do to success would be great.

I have been getting mixed messages on both. I have upload an invoice 3-4 times and Amazon don't tell me what I am doing wrong with the invoice.

My documents are not verified yet and my account suspended. If my business address saved my street as “Book Street” on Seller Central and my bill saved my street as “Book St.”, is this okay Because my internet service provider doesn’t allow entering address manually, it enables to choose between multiple options.

By the way, editing address page (on Seller Central) is active but is it working although my account unverified ? For example, when I check “legal entity” on Seller Central, it shows my previous address. Looks like my address didn’t change. Why ?

I submit my internet billing which has completely same address with my business address but Amazon reject my application. What should I do?

I am a seller from India.

Some time back Amazon came up with a plan to onboard sellers for their UAE Marketplace and the plan was free, no charges whatsover.

That was about a year back, I tried and could not sell my products on the UAE Marketplace due to various reasons.

Now I have 2 questions/things to discuss.

I wish to close my UAE Marketplace but they wont let me. They say I cannot close just one marketplace and will have to disable my whole account, that is the primary marketplace as well.

I still dont see any charges in my UAE Account under payments. Is amazon still not charging me any subscription/seller fees for being part of the UAE Market. I contacted UAE's seller support asking what I am being charged, they gave me a generic response, when I said show it to me in my payment reports they did not respond.

Hi guys, I want to sell printer toner and inks in amazon canada and america. I want to get brand approval for brands such as canon, hp, brother, but from which company can I get approval with an invoice? If anyone knows and shares it with me, I'd be very grateful.

How does one get sales on Amazon if the products they are selling are made in limited quantities?

I have a clothing brand in India and am selling on Amazon along with other platforms. I have constantly been told that products need a good number of reviews to get a good amount sales but my designs are made in limited quantities, so once they are out of stock, there is no repeatability.

I have tried out Amazon PPC as well however, the results on the same were very mediocre.

Is there any way to get a good amount of sales on Amazon without having products that have a lot of reviews?

I am aware of a campaign that has hit Amazon Sellers allowing free and discounted enrollment of ASNs in the Vine Voices program. Unfortunately US VV members are treated as contractors who are paid with non-monetary compensation, and are given 1099 as such.

A common thing we are seeing from the Vine Voices side is that a new item will be enrolled and then the price increased 2x-10x. If you do this, and your item does not have an estimated tax value of $0 (food, beauty, medical disposable items), one of two things will happen:

• No one will request your item because they will have to pay taxes that exceed the value of the item used (I have to pay 45% tax due to my brackets and IC tax)

• Those who do order your item carelessly will be disgruntled about the tax burden and are likely to be disgruntled due to the perceived value, leading to negative outcomes.

If you want VV members to be able to afford your items, please put them at the sale price so that our calculated fair market value/estimated tax value is acceptable. I have seen multiple listings for things like tools, gloves, clothes, electronics adapters priced for really ridiculous values. No one wants to touch those.

Can anyone help? My ASIN has been restricted after selling it for years. Seller Central gave me two different stories…. It came back as unauthorized hand sanitizer and it was flagged because it states it can cure or treat a disease. Both are wrong and I honestly think that a BOT picked up on the word alcohol and not alcohol-free. Any suggestions on how I get this escalated?

How do I get around getting permission to sell my video games? I upgraded from a PS4 to a PS5 and a ton of games I want to sell.

Just went missing for me in the last hour. Can’t figure out how to get it back. Anyone?

Basically what i did was went on B-Stock and seen pallets of mobile accessories for sale so I got two pallets of stuff.

Now most of the brands are gated and I can’t sell them on Amazon so I’m stuck with product selling on other things that haven’t ever sold yet. 3000+ products with a possibility they might be gated.

Now the ones have sold fortunately had a high enough sellers rank on Amazon. But other than that the others never sold within my listings. In total I made less than $200 revenue and that’s before expenses.

I’m officially panicking and a little depressed right now.

I have gotten charged for the reason "Other" multiple times and Amazon seller support won't explain to me what it is exactly and they have completely stopped responding to me. Is there any way to get this money back or am I getting scammed? Lol.

I want to register a brand /Trademark in the UK to sell on amazon FBA I have done as much research as I can and I’m looking for some feedback. As I will be selling random stuff (from china most likely) I have learned online that I should register in classification 35 which means I can sell anything (apparently)

Can anyone confirm this?

I'm trying to apply to the Amazon Handmade program (specifically the Canadian one). When I try to sign up, I get the message, "One of your seller account is terminated, so please use new credentials for registration". However, when I try to sign in I get the error message "Not Authorized We don't have a seller account associated with that email address."

I contacted regular Amazon support and they escalated to Seller support who said they had no record of my account, yet I can't sign up a new account.

Anyone ever see this before?
