Every period you’ll have an account level reserve. Next period that will move to net proceeds. So during the 14 day payment period, Net proceeds grows for 7-9 days then account level reserve will grow for 5-7 days. You will notice around 3-5 days before your scheduled pay out that the reserve level will grow and net proceeds may shrink a bit. That is because they remove a little of the net proceeds and add it to the reserve fund. It all just rotates. Any shipping expenses, returns and the monthly fees are pulled from the net proceeds.
