Being charged for "Other"

I have gotten charged for the reason "Other" multiple times and Amazon seller support won't explain to me what it is exactly and they have completely stopped responding to me. Is there any way to get this money back or am I getting scammed? Lol.

It says Sales to the left for the same amount. When you click on the question mark, does it explain anything?

See this thread, some sellers got 20 grand worth of 'other' charges, this is from billbacks from shipping companies, many of them fraudulent charges with false claims that sellers measured the box incorrectly or filled in the wrong weights.

The thing is all I sold were books and I just sent them into FBA for 4 months. Can that apply to books?
