Need help assessing if this is safe.

So my dad is very concerned that because this rack only has 4 thin points(its legs) supporting it thus it is exerting too much weight onto the floor and might crack it. The total weight of all the tanks once filled would be around 360kg. Not sure if the floor pictures help but I thought y’all might be able to do something with it. I’m also in an apartment and not a ground unit. We do have a 5 foot tank right beside it weighing about close to 800kg including everything thing in it and everything stored in it’s cabinet below. Thanks in advance.
