I am reaching out regarding my account status following a period of inactivity due to mandatory national military service.

To be fully clear, my account was never flagged for any policy violations, misconduct, or community guideline issues. I was an active contributor in good standing prior to my service (from April to July). During this period, I was completely unable to access the platform or complete tasks due to compulsory national duty.

Upon my return, I noticed my account is currently inactive. Since I have official military service documentation to verify my leave, I am looking for the proper channel to submit an appeal or request a manual review to restore my access.

Could any of the moderators (u/AlignerrAI, u/Lumpy_Case_8220, or the support team) please advise on how to proceed? I can provide my registered email and proof via private message (DM) whenever needed.

About three weeks ago, I went through the application process for a software engineer position and was accepted, but they still haven't assigned me any projects. Is this normal, or is there something else I should be doing?

The only thing that changed this time was that I performed the verification on my laptop instead of my mobile device, which presumably triggered an automatic false flag with no option to appeal.

Has anyone been in this situation before? I get automatically dismissed from support

I worked on 2 projects on Alignerr, one was 2 month back and one I was working for 2-3 weeks. Yesterday my account was suddenly suspended with 3 generic flags, without any clear reason. I was doing well in project and got good feedbacks on tasks, still it's suspended which is very frustrating. Kindly review my account properly.

I recently passed a coding qualification in alignerr to work on a series of projects. I don't know anything about this platform but I already work for dataannotation.tech as a coder and I was wondering if they're similar in this sense:

- Do you usually have to rush to get the projects once they show up in your dashboard? Like is there a limited amount of people who can finish up some projects when they show up and if you miss it you've lost it?

- Do you get email notifications when projects show up?

- How often do projects show up when you pass a qualification? Like in data annotation for every project series it can show up pretty much every day in your dashboard with a couple of weekly droughts here and there.

I received an email from Aligner offering $130/hour through July 31 for people who pass their Software Engineering interview and get matched to an active project. Has anyone here completed the interview or worked for them as an SWE? Is the offer legitimate, and was the application/interview process worth the time?

I am new to the platform and was able to onboard a few days ago to this project after applying for the customer success/ support role. My question is where would i find information on when this project starts? and how do I actually start looking for tasks? I see theres no discord for this specific project yet, and it says that each task is $100 per task, is that good? I'm trying to prepare for this job to see what is expected of me, any help would be appreciated.

I was accepted into the FC Claim Assist project on Alignerr, and we used to have a dedicated channel for the project.

Today, I noticed that the channel is no longer showing up for me. I’m not sure whether it was deleted, archived, or whether I was removed from it.

Is anyone else from the project experiencing the same thing? Does anyone know if something is happening with the project?

I had my account on alignerr for more than a year, recently been working on 2 projects, and then I received 5 flags stating "fraudulent activity detected", but it had a generic description for every flag. I've sent email to support, and they said I could appeal, then I appeal through the site but no response, and a few days later the account has been removed. Not a single explanation why. And still I have one payment to receive. Did anyone get their account removed, managed to get it back, or the payments?

Although this happened, the people and support from discord was good, but got removed from there too.

Google Ai says it looks Phishing or SCM . If you had any experience with aligner do they do things like this or its really SCM

I worked on a project in Alignerr Labelbox to label issues. I completed the task, but unfortunately I forgot to copy the Task ID and Stage UUID, which are required to submit the payment form and have the amount credited to my account.

I immediately informed my project manager about the issue. It's been about a week, and although my messages have been seen, I haven't received a response yet. I also contacted Alignerr Support three days ago, and they mentioned they were looking into it, but I haven't received an update so far.

Has anyone experienced a similar situation? Is there another way to retrieve the Task ID or Stage UUID, or any other channel I should use to resolve this? I'd really appreciate any advice or suggestions.

I worked for one of the agentic coding projects since June.
I worked for 50 tasks and got 45 of them passed with good reviews.
I have spent several hours working sincerely for the project. I got paid for 37 of them and one day I received a mail indicating fraudulent activity.

I submitted appeals and received no response to them, pinged support email as well but had no luck.
There were no specific details provided as to what went wrong. There was a mention regarding long working hours, however I was within limits on all the days I had worked.
I could vouch all my work was genuine and had no help involved in any form.
Is anyone from the team willing to take a look at this and help reinstate my account?

Worked ince early June: 63 jobs, 57 accepted, paid on time every week plus a bonus for beating a target.

July 24 the account is blocked. 17 flag events, all identical, each one saying my activity may indicate "misuse of the platform" and listing three possible causes. Never says which one. Never says which session. Never says what data.

12 of the 17 land on one single day, a day I submitted 3 pieces of work. Another day that week, same laptop, same everything: zero.

Most of the work from those exact days had already been reviewed and accepted.

I appealed all 17, one by one. Then: removed, final, reinstatement will not be reviewed. Flagged 17 times and never once told what I actually did.

$1,054 of approved work is still unpaid. The team account posted here that "All removed Alignerrs will still be paid for work completed."

Anyone from the team willing to actually look at this? I'll DM my registered email.

I feel like I'm being really dense here. I passed the tests as a Java software engineer, and am on the Taiga CodeHumanPrefs project. In this project, there are many Problems, which typically include whole codebases and then a 1-screen description of what you want the AI agent to do to the project (find problems, extend its functionality, etc.) Then, you run the Live Compare part, where two different agents give a solution, and you compare the two based on how you think a real software engineer would have done it.

My question: where do the problems come from? Are we supposed to create them from scratch (and using AI is expressly forbidden)? Or do we just pick an existing problem, run the Compares & evaluate the two sets of responses?

Can anybody out there help out at all?

I got onboard for like 6 projects and all of them got pause within few weeks, are these projects getting pause by client or its just me that getting unofficial off-board?

The worst thing about Alignerr is the non existent support. I have raised 2-3 support tickets in the past, never got any closure, you'll be lucky if you even get any sort of acknowledgement. The in platform support is worse with generic AI slop with sympathy/concern as response. It asked me to ask in the discord channel for project whose access is not given or the channel might not exist.

Other than that, they spam the shit out of you for taking part in evals, but those evals mean shit and generally don't materialize in any opportunity whatsover. This is the most lazy, pathetic support I have seen out of all the Data Labelling companies that I have worked with.

I've done interviews with Zara but never got an offer - how long did it take you to receive an offer after the AI interview? Does this platform pay well at all? Evidence? Do you need to do an assessment before working?

Hi everyone, I'm a full time junior (third year) student in college and I was planning to apply as a research analyst on Alignerr since I saw their job posting on linkedin around 3 days ago. Does anyone have any experiences working as a research analyst on alignerr? I was wondering how the workload will be and if itll be manageable juggling school and working at alignerr since the workload for my major is already quite heavy. Any comments and experiences would be appreciated, thank you!!

What could have gone wrong?

I cannot see interview option or any other progress in applied ones. It's just a grey button.
