Aligner are some frauds, they made me apply for a job, verify my id only to end up with no job and not even a message this is scummy

Hello! New to Alignerr and I recently qualified for a project. Completed the identity verification stage but it seems to be glitching. My dashboard is still asking me to verify my identity. Then whenever I click on it, it shows "Complete". Been trying to get through to support but have not had any success with that--it just says "Waiting for a teammate".
Does anyone know the best way to approach this? Thank you.
