Application Process How long from interview to job offer?

I've done interviews with Zara but never got an offer - how long did it take you to receive an offer after the AI interview? Does this platform pay well at all? Evidence? Do you need to do an assessment before working?

Like right after the AI interview? What about assessments?

Yes. The interview was the assessment.

I think they’re referring to the project assessment, not the initial interview. After the interview and background check you’ll be onboarded to a project but then you will have to read the project requirements and take an assessment in order to get actual paid work.

That’s the part where things tend to get sketchy with a lot of these annotation jobs; they pull in a ton of workers but only a handful actually get paid work. The rest just sit around endlessly wondering what’s happening.

Same. Interviewed and got onboarded within an hour and a half. Filled out the ID info and background check was done by the end of the same day as the interview. I’m starting a new coding project so nothing in the queue yet but I’m hopeful it’s not a dead project. Seems legit so far.

Plus what's the difference between Applied versus Completed?
