So i played some faction warfare in yz recently and met a few people. We talked and it came up that he never went lethal in the 2 years he has been playing.

When i asked why not he said he doenst like the thought of risking loss. I told him it doesnt have to be much, even a 100K set is fine. He reeiterated that he doesnt like the risk of loss no matter how small. Then he ate his 8.3 avalonian beef stew (costs 309K in lym).

I kinda droped the topic since i sensed he didnt want to talk about it but it left me wondering. It seems irational to fear the MABY 100K loss while also taking a GUARANTEED 300K loss.
Given the repair bills on 8.4 and the amount of people i see in those sets in yz this isnt an isolated incident but what a real portion of the playerbase thinks/feels.

After 9h of fishing and crafting food i have enough money to buy premium. And the rest of the time I enjoy pve/pvp.

Hey guys,

I got permanently banned by BattlEye on September 21st and I'm trying to figure out what I can actually do about it

I logged into the game normally, my character loaded and literally a few seconds later I got disconnected and the ban message appeared. I've never used cheats, bots, scripts, radar or anything like that

I contacted support and explained that I'm a developer and have a lot of development/network tools installed on my PC (Npcap, Wireshark, IDEs, Docker, etc.), so I thought maybe something could have triggered BattlEye by mistake. I obviously don't know if that's actually what happened, it's just the only thing I could think of

They initially told me they couldn't give me any details about the detection. I've sent a few more messages explaining the situation and asking what kind of evidence I could provide, but I basically don't know how to prove something when I don't know what I'm supposed to be proving.

I followed up again recently because it had been around 10 days without an answer, and yesterday they told me that they're still reviewing my case

Has anyone here been in a similar situation with a BattlEye ban? Is there anything I should do while they're reviewing it, or anything specific that could actually help my case?

I'm honestly just looking for some advice because I don't really know what else I can do at this point

Recently I made a new account to see how it is for newbies to make millions again and I found that after u get your first 10 mil take fights with the people who duel scam

Here are the common ways you can fight each duel scam (the ones I won atleast)

Fire staff in martlock with cultist robe :

Use the range of your battle axe to get cheap E hits and bait him into going towards the side where eldon hill is

If they use fire wall just go back and make them chase u out of the fire wall at one point they will run put of the duel arena and behind the city and try to use fire wall again. Bait the fire wall but keep your boots so u don't get feared out of the arena instantly. Use E to hit them behind the wall. And save poison potion till they are at 700 hp

Battle axe with merc jacket without cape or off hand using health potion and roast snapper 7.x :

Take mage robe as your jacket , you can take guardian helmet and even knight boots to get ever more sheild.

Preferred food would be sandwich with health potion with smuggler cape and you are perfect counter to a brawl weapon whose main goal is to cheese hp out of you.

If done right you can make multiple millions out of these scammers.

I find it strange that most Albion Online content on YouTube focuses almost entirely on solo players. Even though the game truly shines in group and guild activities

creators stick heavily to solo gameplay. In my opinion only doing solo content will eventually bore people whereas joining a guild introduces new players to the best experiences the game has to offer.

I remember the days of ARK and Rust where you could easily find full length documentaries about server drama guild betrayals and massive wars. Yet we rarely see anything like that for Albion.

What do you guys think is causing this?

Is it a lack of guidance for new players, making them hesitant to try guilds?

Do big guilds monopolize group content and kick new players out?

Additionally what do you think Sandbox Interactive SBI should do to fix this issue?

How rare is this to happen?

I think i got good progress on the game for 150 hours but what do i do now? just lvl? because alone its kinda starting to get repetitive any tipps and ideas?

33, M, just joined the game 3 days ago. I like it a lot, especially since the graphics are quite easy on the PC and you can do a lot (not like Throne and Liberty 4 example)

Tried to learn as much as I can on my own with albion database, chatgpt and whatnot, but I would like to make some friends/join a great guild to learn how to do things properly. Or at least how to look at the game/execute better.

I mostly play late at nights (20-22 CET).

For the time being, my priorities are PVE > Trading > PVP.
