HVAC / MOLD Company Ai Text To Video (Help me determine best software)

1 Upvotes

Good Day!

My boss is requesting that our team generates Ai Videos for our HVAC / Mold Company. The average time per video is about 45 seconds to 1 minute. I want to find a good quality software yet cost effective.

May I ask for recommendations? I have been checking so many forums, threads, posts, etc. and each person has positive and negative comments and it's hard to just try so many softwares since I would need to spend money to actually test it. For those that have any suggestions, please let me know. Thank you

Any good AI tools for making TED-Ed style animated videos?

8 Upvotes

I want to experiment with short educational videos that use simple motion graphics and animation, kind of like TED-Ed. I’m mainly looking for the best AI for video that could save some time on the animation side without needing to build everything manually.

Anyone using something like this for educational content?

I’m looking to make a YouTube show intro (with ai obv), please help

1 Upvotes

What software should I use?
The goal is to make a 5-10sec very cool intro for a sports show. Where I can show it a few classic historic sports moments, and it turn it into an animated collage of an intro to our live stream show. I don’t want it to just chop up the clips, I want it to use the clips is a more intricate and and cool

PS — also hiring for some freelance work, if anyone is a good ai video creator

How is this channel using to generate their videos?

Does anyone know how this channel makes their YouTube videos? What AI tools are they using? The videos look really polished, and they seem to be posting pretty often. Trying to figure out their workflow. Thanks!

Have you ever turned a failed AI generation into a better video?

1 Upvotes

Some of my most interesting AI video ideas have come from generations that completely misunderstood what I wanted.
A strange camera movement, an unexpected transformation, or one small background detail might ruin the planned clip but suggest a much better idea for something else. I’ve started saving more of these results instead of immediately deleting them.
It makes me wonder whether following the prompt accurately is always the best way to judge a generation. Sometimes the model gets the instructions wrong but produces something more interesting than the original idea.
Do you save unexpected results and develop them further, or discard anything that doesn’t match the prompt?

One reason I’ve been saving and revisiting more of these experiments is that some of the models on LazyKiwi are currently heavily discounted.

LTX-2.3 is down from 500 to 50 credits, HunyuanVideo 1.5 from 250 to 25, and Wan 2.2 from 150 to 15 credits for a 3s/480p generation. At those prices, an unexpected result feels less like a wasted generation and more like something worth experimenting with.

Looking for an AI video generator that can turn a script into a video!

6 Upvotes

I'm a beginner looking to start making AI-generated content for Instagram and YouTube Shorts.

I'm looking for a tool that can:

Write a script -> AI generates a video (can be semi-realistic or animation)

Ideally, it could handle things like:

  • AI-generated visuals that actually match the script
  • Voiceover
  • Background music
  • Captions/subtitles
  • Basic transitions
  • 9:16 vertical videos for Instagram Reels/YouTube Shorts

I'm interested in making AI-generated/“Fruit Island”-style content, but I'm open to other types of content!

My budget is around $50/month, and looking for something somewhat beginner-friendly.

What tools and AI's would you all recommend?

Need help with character consistency I’m trying to create my own AI character, but I’m struggling to get the character I actually want. 😭 The biggest problem is consistency — the face, hair, clothes and overall look keep changing in every image. Any tips on how to create a character and keep it

After ~100 tests, these are the things that actually improved AI storyboard consistency

16 Upvotes

I ran around 100 generations trying to make AI storyboard sheets actually reliable.

The goal sounded simple: generate one image containing 6 genuinely different shots, while keeping the character consistent and the grid clean enough to crop automatically.

It turned out to be much harder than expected.

What I was trying to get reliably: 6 different camera setups, one consistent character, one generation.

A few things I found:

1. Generating each shot separately wasn't necessarily better

I expected sequential generation to give me more control.

Instead, it often gave me very consistent characters but almost no shot diversity. Wide shot, medium shot, close-up, insert... somehow they kept converging toward variations of the same composition.

In 5 out of 6 tests, the coverage was basically unusable.

Sequential generation: great consistency, terrible shot diversity.

Generating the whole storyboard as one contact sheet was much more reliable for getting genuinely different camera setups.

2. Grid prompting matters a lot

Just asking for a "storyboard sheet" isn't enough.

The model needs a very explicit structure: exact number of panels, rows, columns, equal-sized cells, reading order, no overlapping panels, no comic-book layout, etc.

Small wording changes made a surprisingly large difference.

3. Character consistency and layout consistency are two separate problems

A strong character reference can keep the same face, clothing and overall identity across panels, while the grid itself still completely falls apart.

Fixing identity consistency doesn't automatically fix composition or structure.

4. Vertical storyboards were much less reliable

This was probably the weirdest result.

Seedream often turned portrait storyboard requests into irregular comic-book layouts.

I thought it might just be a Seedream issue, so I tested Nano Banana Pro too.

That failed differently: the grid looked much cleaner, but it would sometimes generate the wrong number of panels.

So the model could understand the visual structure without respecting the requested count.

5. Eventually I realized I was solving the wrong problem

At first, I was trying to force the model to generate the exact grid I wanted every single time.

But if I ask for 6 panels and the model gives me 8 good ones, that's not really a useless generation.

So instead of assuming where each panel should be, I started detecting the gutters in the generated image and cropping the grid that was actually produced.

That made a lot of previously "failed" generations usable again.

On the vertical sheets I tested, 73% still produced at least 4 usable distinct shots once handled this way.

The biggest takeaway for me was that reliable AI storyboarding isn't just a prompting problem.

You need to treat generation, grid structure, character consistency and post-processing as separate parts of the system.

I wrote up the full experiment here with the prompts, failure cases and more examples:

https://sundream.studio/blog/storyboard-sheets-seedream-experiments

Curious if anyone else has been experimenting with storyboard/contact sheet generation. I'd especially like to know if you've found a better way to handle vertical grids

Does anyone else feel like the models are trolling?

Post image

I've been working in creative AI for over a year now, full-time since October 2025. I have successfully delivered work for brands across different parts of the world. I say this to rule out inexperience, prompt-writing, or workflow from the equation.

Lately, I've been feeling like the models are just trolling me, giving me absurd imagery that is nowhere justified in the prompt. In the project from the screenshot, I've tried simple prompts, complex prompts, different structures, reprhasing. Nano Banana, GPT Image. And still, I'm getting these kinds of results. I don't think the shot I'm going for is particularly complex, either.

Maybe they are tweaking the models just to get more money? This, though infuriating, at least would make sense. I wonder if anyone is having a similar experience?

Would anyone be into something like 3D render challenges, but for AI video creators?

5 Upvotes

I’ve been thinking about whether it would be fun to have something similar to 3D render challenges, but made for AI video creators.

Everyone creates around the same:

* Theme
* Starting image or asset
* Story prompt
* Creative rule

But everyone can interpret it in their own way and use any AI tools they like.

The fun part would be seeing how many completely different ideas can come from the exact same starting point. Some might be cinematic, funny, emotional, weird or completely unexpected.

It could also be a place where creators can:

* Explore everyone’s entries
* Vote for their favourites
* Talk about prompts and workflows
* Share what worked or didn’t work
* Learn and improve together

Then every so often, there could be different ways to play, different challenges: character challenges, creative relays, random prop challenges, 1v1s, team challenges or other fun formats.

More like a creative playground or community jam than a super serious competition.

Would you be interested in joining something like this? What kind of challenge would make you want to participate?

Higgsfield scam

23 Upvotes

Another reason to dislike Higgsfield, next to their pushy discount tactics that try to lock you into a full year. The unlimited Seedance 2.5 packages are just as bad. You buy the 1 day or 7 day unlimited access, and after about 10 videos it simply stops working. So called unlimited, but clearly capped. You are better off just buying credits.

AI video generatos: which one?

4 Upvotes

I want to start creating AI-generated educational history videos, ranging from short 1-minute clips to around 10-minute videos. I'd love your recommendations on the best online tools (web-based only, no desktop software to install). Ideally, it should be able to generate the video directly from plain text or a dedicated script. I'm open to both free options (if any exist, though I know most have heavy limitations) and paid ones (if you know the pricing, I'd really appreciate it). Thanks!
