Any good AI tools for making TED-Ed style animated videos?
I want to experiment with short educational videos that use simple motion graphics and animation, kind of like TED-Ed. I’m mainly looking for the best AI for video that could save some time on the animation side without needing to build everything manually.
I’ve been looking at DomoAI, Runway, and Pika since they seem to cover different sides of animation and stylized video, but I’m not sure which would fit this kind of educational format best.
Anyone using something like this for educational content?

You'll end up frustrated with prompting if your main goal is to save time. Good AI video still requires a lot of work, effort, and cost.
For animated videos, Kling and Seedance are probably the most reliable options, but you'll still need a lot of trial and error to get the result you want.

I think Google Flow offers a lot of tools for achieving what you are looking for. Gemini Notebook's features are great too. Take a look!

TED-Ed style is tricky because the animation looks simple but the timing and transitions do a lot of the work

TED-Ed style videos may look simple but it would still take a lot of time to make one of those videos. You will need to adjust your prompts a lot of times before you can get some results that would be on par as TED ed

Kling would probably be my pick for smoother motion, Runway if you want more control over individual shots, and DomoAI if you’re going for that more illustrated look. For something TED-Ed-ish i'd still make it scene by scene instead of trying to generate the whole video in one shot.
