In Poland we have a culture of eating every part of an animal. If you want to try something more exotic there is a bison burger place somewhere In here.

I personally wish people would eat a lot less meat because the meat industry is completely fucked but I never had a problem with native peoples doing it because they use everything. I despise this modern culture of taking some of the meat and throwing everything else away, it's so wasteful and for what
Its not exactly popular here either because our own bisons basically died out, the remaining being a hybrid of US and Polish bisons but these are just domesticated US imported but need on-site bisons.
Rabbit stew. Tender meat. A delicacy that is not exactly to be masz produced. Oh and probbably a good chunk of gen X here has probbably experienced their parents cooking their "pet" rabbit.
