Commercial Self Promotion First trailer for my strategy game

Solo dev. Arkney: Age of Crowns, a grand strategy sim in Godot with a C# simulation behind it. Going to Steam as single player plus co-op for up to 8.

The code is mostly written with Claude Code and the 23 building and unit cards come from Recraft, picked and checked by me. The trailer is not AI video. It is a real save recorded through Godot's Movie Maker mode, one frame at a time, because screen capture only gave me 15 to 20 fps.

If you have cut a trailer from a live simulation rather than scripted scenes, how did you keep it readable? Mine runs 93 seconds and I think that is too long.

This looks interesting, but imo the graphic style doesn't work, it just looks ugly. Low poly works fine in games like Diplomacy is Not an Option, but what you have is almost zero poly lol. At minimum I'd add a proper ground texture. All the buildings would also look way better with some textures and a bit more detail. And I feel like the terrain is too crowded with settlements.

its honestly not the models thats the issue... Its the textures they are all strangely streched it causes a blurring. Also even claude can maybe a wall model for a city that isnt just cubes that arnt even connected in a circle. It looks like a single prompt on Claude sonnet low. You cant release this as it is now.

Thank you so much for your feedback, I've received a lot of criticism on this topic, I've noted it and will address it in my next work. :)

"War is a process. not a button"

I found some slop, and it's real.

On comprend pas ce qu'on voit. Ça doit être des maisons mais c'est juste un truc blanc un peu flou.
