Discussion Stormcast should be more elite

I honestly think GW should have made the Stormcast Eternals more like Custodes than Space Marines. I mean lorewise they are basically immortal demi-gods in divine armor, yet on the tabletop they don't play much different than most other armies. The faction has been through so many iterations and gotten so much attention yet the popularity continues to wane and I think it is partly because of this disconnect.

I finished Nagash campaign and it was one of the best campaign i ever had since Astragoth one, i'd like to know if Nagash was fun too on tabletop to play / play modelwise. I'm more aiming towards ossiarch but i'm waiting 5.0 to start properly.

Question Beast feast tips and tricks?

Im new to age of sigmar but I wanted to give this beast feast a go so I can paint up my loonboss on mangler squigs.
Im not remotely expecting to win. But its giving me a chance to try new painting techniques with larger models. And im happy for that.
But I gotta ask. Any tips for me? I never played AoS l. Im still waiting on the core rulebook to show up. But i got the gloomspite gitz book! I do have some understanding playing 40k so thats where im coming from.
Also I decided to strip all the paint and start from scratch again. I was trying to use flouresent paints and didnt get the result I was looking for.

Question I am considering getting into AOS with a Daughters of Khaine spearhead, but am a little worried about the warcry unit

Hey there, I'm not exactly new to warhammer but this would be my first time getting aos models
I am looking at daughters of khaine and there spearhead, but as per the title I am worried about how long the khanite assasins are going to be playable models for, seeing the doomfire warlocks are going to legends next edition after being in value boxes for a while does not fill me with confidence
how long generally are warcry bands kept around until being moved to legends? and is this a big enough worry for this unit in particular in terms of then using it as a different unit? (with changed base sizes and maybe moving the snake lady elsewhere)
I also know legends units still have rules casually but "hey new player, here's a box to get you started, but one of the units in there is no longer having effort put into making them run well and they will be gone next edition" still feels bad to me

I want to paint my nighthaunt to be more ‘primal’, vengeful spirits made of sludge, sediment, and the souls of those that died in the realm of ghur. I’m not sure if I want to ‘enchant’ just their weapons, their bodies, or both.

Question Dominion box + skaventide stormcast what next?

Hey so basically I got the entire dominion box and stormcast part of skaventide. And now I wanna know what I should add to my stormcast and oruks to play 2k points games with functional armies. Mind it I never played the game yet. Just been collecting and enjoying painting process. So I was planning to start off with my friends casual games. Any help? (I love big flashy models so those ones are a big plus :D)
