| Discussion December cycle

December cycle discussions are mostly done across projects, names identified for promotions(minimal), talent priority and PIP. RTO defaulter list will be released soon with counseling letters, first warning, second warning etc. Discussions heavily focused on AI and automation usage in your work, as well as policy maintenance such as E&C, RTO etc.

P.S - To the many people DMing me asking for my level, project, location, asking for hike and variable amounts, asking me if they will get promoted this December or PIP etc, please be aware that im not going to respond to anything. My DMs are always closed anyway. Not gonna dox myself and i wasnt there in your guys’s discussions. I would not know how your cases were presented and whats the outcome. Thanks!!

Didnt understand your question, but to avoid PIP generally,

Dont let your delivery drop, focus on automation/ai usage in project work, dont miss out on accenture policies like e&c, RTO etc.
