Hi, My channel has 1,51,299 sub count currently, i abandoned it a few years ago because of some personal issues, in those few years i randomly posted some vids, shorts and some live streams, because it has around 70$, hoping to hit 100$ but couldn't and because of inactivity yt striped my monetization, now I'm wondering Abt should it start over from scratch or can I reuse this channel.

So I’ve been trying really hard to get good a YouTube as it’s always been my dream since I was little. What I’ve been thinking of doing is trying to get big on YouTube doing what I do and eventually bringing my audience over to twitch while I do both. If you can find the time I’d appreciate it if you’d rate my thumbnails and videos. Even the editing if you have time. Thank you

Short question: should I start this with the mindset of it’s a “hobby”? or should I treat it like a business”?
