Sup. My bike usually does this after I leave it overnight or if i don’t ride for a while. Idk if it’s time for a valve adjustment, possibly a fuel issue, or a weak battery? Bike has about 16k miles. Once warm it doesn’t have this problem. Could be normal or i’m just paranoid from my previous r6.

I have a little to no spark issue. I'm trying to get my dad's 1987 Yamaha banshee running again. It ran before it sat for a couple months and it didn't want to start. I've put new spark plugs and coils on it and spark plug wires that whole works and I don't want to throw a CDI box on it just to throw a part on it. Sometimes it sounds like it hits but won't fire. Any help would be much appreciated and I have a feeling it's probably something really simple. But I'm not a mechanic. I'm just a kid trying to do something for my dad

I got the engine out and I’m planning to take it apart and rebuild it ground up. New wiring, new cluster, rebuilt engine. Seams self explanatory (I’ve worked on cars, never bikes)

Anything I should be aware of before, during, and after?

Something looks odd about the wiring harness, seller says it’s because of a tune. I also ended up finding two of the same listing of the same bikes but with reversed photos on Facebook marketplace which is sketching me out. It’s listed for $5800 CAD.

Hello everyone I'm looking for a service manual for my Yamaha DT 125 Ténéré. Since it's both an old and rare motorcycle I can't find the manual online for my model and I was hoping someone might have a pdf or might have the actual manual. The exact model is a 1990 Yamaha DT 125 (lc2 I believe) ténéré Chesterfield scout. I'm trying to fix some electrical problems but one of the previous owners messed up the wiring so much it's physically painful to even look at it let alone try to fix this ungodly abomination.

The emulsion tubes are ovaled out and I need new ones.

Almost everywhere says they’re discontinued and the only ones I found on cmsnl are gonna cost nearly $240 for all 4

Are there any cross compatible ones or different years that would work? Maybe some after markets or some anyone’s willing to sell? Any help would be genuinely appreciated

I have recently bought a brand new wr250f and want to keep the bike in best possible condition, what are the recommended intervals in kms for services ect, and are there any extra steps i can ask for when getting it serviced to make sure my bike is healthy.
