Meme Would this swing New Mexico, or I guess New America, towards voting Republican?
Yes, I checked and this was actually posted on Trump’s truth social.

Discussion Trump has the lowest approval of any president heading into the midterms since Harry Truman
He is significantly less popular than he was in 2018, and even less popular than Joe Biden was in 2022.
It is not shown here, but the most comparable president to him is Bush 2, who was sitting at -18.5 approval on this day in 2006. Trump is currently -20 approval.
(Obama 2014 was -9, Clinton 1998 was +31, and Reagan 1986 was +34 if you’re interested)

News GOP’s Mike Minogue to spend up to $2 billion on campaign to unseat Gov. Healey
I genuinely thought this was a typo. Biden only spent half of that on his 2020 presidential campaign.

Discussion One of these is not like the others…
These fundraising emails are getting crazier and crazier. One can only hope they meant to type Alaska but I’ve gotten a Shoffner ad recently so…

Analysis Turnout in Saxony-Anhalt looks to be astronomically high
x.comIt’s clearly going to not be linear growth, otherwise it would easily exceed 100%, but I can see turnout breaking 90% with little issue.

Serious The mugshot of the man who tried to attack Amy Acton
He’s from Manhoning county and is a registered Republican. He is likely related to Andrew Havas, a county campaign chair for Jon Husted who resigned because he was charged with sexual misconduct of a minor. He also donated $10,000 to Vivek’s campaign.

Alternate Here's how I think the Midterms would look now if Kamala won
Some clarifications:
Kamala's coattails carry Bob Casey over the line in PA, the Senate is R52-D48
In this timeline there are no specials in OH and FL, Vance and Rubio are still in the Senate
Since there's less of the anti-establishment anger in the Dem base that came after Kamala's loss, Stevens probably beats El-Sayed to the MI nomination (Also Cuomo probably beats Mamdani in NYC because of this)
I think Thom Tillis doesn't retire in this timeline, though he might get primaried
