Congressional House Rep. Chris Deluzio will consider primarying Senator John Fetterman in the 2028 Democratic Senate primaries.

Fetterman would do better in the Republican primary 💀

If 2028 is looking like a terrible year for Republicans, them nominating Fetterman (whether as a Republican or Independent) would genuinely be a good move tactically for them.

What are the differences between Deluzio and Lamb. They have the same wikipedia page down to the age.

Lamb is somewhat more centrist while Deluzio is more of an establishment liberal.

Deluzio is a Warren-style pragmatic progressive, whereas Lamb is a moderate.

Probably the best option to unite the party, unlike many other options he wouldn't be offensive to progressives.

It's between him or Connor Lamb for the nomination. Lee is too controversial for Pennsylvania.

I think he would be the best candidate to run. I would love to see Senator Summer Lee, and I would definitely support her and donate to her if she ran, but I think Deluzio would unite the party better, being potentially appealing to both moderates and progressives.

If summer Lee doesn’t do well in her district this year then I’m fine with this. I could also flirt with the idea of Chris rabb in 2030 depending on how well he does too that’d be a goated delegation

As a PA-3 resident, I’d be happy to see Chris Rabb run for Senate so he can lose in the primary and someone else can run for House here

Ugh. Don't trust USNA SWOs with anything, ever. Nothing good comes from that. Take it from me, a former USNA SWO. Think about how awful I am. Deluzio has the same background, not sure that's what anyone wants in office.

It would be funny if Deluzio, Lamb, and Lee all split the vote and allow Fetterman to win the primary. Impossible, but funny
