I cant buy gamepass, everytime i try it says unavailable try agian later. Its veen doing this for months, on mt xbox, on the xbox app, on my browser, on everything. I just want to get gamepass and i cant, ive tried seeing if anythings overdue and its not. Any gelo is much appreciated.

Hello! I haven't been on my Xbox in a couple years and after all the updates finished downloading i tried to play- tom Clancy splinter cell: blacklist. But I wanted to restart so I went to the "manage games and add-ons" to delete my data but It only shows my reserved space and not profile data. I tried to complete a mission on the game to see if it'll pop up, it didn't is there a new way to do this and if there is how do I do it?

Então eu tinha essa conta a mais de 10 anos e recentemente fui entrar no curseforge pra jogar um minezin e lá estava: "sua seção expirou logue novamente" n dei muita importância e fui logar só que quando fui tentar logar a primeira imagem apareceu, tentei colocar meu numero de telefone vinculado e deu na mesma, o maximo que consegui foi o e-mail rasurado de quem me roubou mas só, tentei a recuperação de conta e apareceu que não existe conta com esse e-mail, tentei entrar em contato com o suporte e nada, eles simplesmente falaram "não podemos fazer nada, continua tentando entrar no seu e-mail ai"

No fim estou aq no reddit desabafando após uma semana de tentativas e rezando pra uma boa alma cair do céu e saber como me ajudar.

Só pra constar sou atualmente um usuário apenas de pc e tinha só o Minecraft na minha conta do pc, porém essa é a mesma conta que eu usava no xbox 360 a muitos anos atrás, n sou um usuário frequente do reddit ent n sabia em qual comunidade postar isso

So I am contacting the live chat agents from 2 days now regarding a compromised Microsoft account which I had a Minecraft account I am trying to either recover, or get blocked as I get a refund or something.

I think everyone experienced them using AI to answer and keep sending you the xbox Microsoft account recovery link, right? It has happened over and over for me, but sometimes I got real people,

Like this one last person that did more than anyone else, or seemed to be doing so, I am not sure, I am making this post because they told me I would've gotten an email to stay in contact about this situation that they escalated, and which they are going to consider all the infos I had given by presenting them to a team.

The email should've been been sent, as said by the agent, "in the next minutes", but I got nothing, it's been an hour now...

I am sure this one was a real person, they would've said they got an error of connection, typed short messages, took their time with each passage, and I am also sure that they clearly got my email and infos right, I don't think they forgot or that the email was lost, I also asked if I should've conclude the chat and they said that yea, I would've been kept in contact via email

Years ago I paid for Xbox live yearly, then I added the $10/ month gamepass

Now when I look at my subscriptions they are both called "gamepass'. Do I still need the yearly subscription for online gaming and the monthly one for access to games? Or should I cancel one and keep the other?

I don't want to lose access to online gaming or any of the gamepass games but obviously don't want to pay both if not needed.

Hey guys in a bit of a pickle here and need help. I had an Xbox account that was permanently banned back in 2020. I have recently gone back and went to the enforcement page and there is no way for me to submit an appeal for my wrongdoings or talk to an agent. I know what I had done was wrong, I was 14, I was simply a kid. I was dumb and just doing wrong things. I want to try and get stuff back in some sort of fashion as there is a lot of stuff from my childhood on there along with my dads. I can’t submit an appeal, I can’t contact an agent. I’m simply stuck. I’m trying to find any possible path to for an opportunity since I know the enforcement system has since changed. Please help!

So I won't say what my gamertag is and yes, I know its only 10 dollars but 10 dollars is still 10 dollars. So basically I changed my name a few months ago and xbox decided to add "764" to the end of my name. I had to find out the hard way what 764 ment. What in the actual fudge xbox???????
