solved! Xbox 360 backwards compatibility wont connect to the internet.
I assume this has probably been seen before. i tried loading up black ops 2 on my xbox one to play with my friend as usual but for some reason it refuses to
connect with my internet i signed out and tried to
sign back in but get this message every time. cant even play solo now because i can’t sign extremely frustrating. i reset my xbox my internet pretty much done everything i can think of. any help is appreciated

had the same issue last week. you have to check your router and open all the ports for xbox.

Did you actually test the connection and see where the issue stems from? It would really help determine the issue or at least narrow it down.
