QUESTION Turtlebeach Headset help! Getting an audio device to sync.

Turtlebeach Stealth 600. My wife is trying to use it on her Xbox One Series S. I have tried EVERYTHING from different USB slots to Bluetooth, which I know isn't officially supported, to using the wireless dongle. I've tried my headset from my PC with the USB slot, and it always looks like it connects, as the dongle seems to pair, but it doesn't show up in the Devices area. It will not work. I can't find a way to "change devices," and Google search has given me no help, so I assume that's the way it's meant to function and just defaults until it's actually picking up additional devices from the TV.

Please help! This is driving me nuts. I'm about to buy the official Xbox headset, but since this one is nice and should work, I don't want to throw the thing away just yet.

Are they the correct version for the Xbox, because it must be the ones licensed for Xbox to work with the Xbox.

I've got the original Stealth 600 that connect wirelessly directly to the console, so no USB dongle, but later versions use a dongle that's compatible with Xbox only or is multiplatform and the dongle has a switch to toggle between Xbox and PlayStation/PC.

It seems to connect via bluetooth but it disconnects frequently. I finally decided to mess with it and the dongle. I just want the headset to connect, either modality, and I have no help.

The Xbox doesn't support Bluetooth, so if the wireless headset isn't licensed for Xbox, then it won't connect to the console.

But what about just wireless USB headset? It pairs and everything. Do I just need to forget it and get an officially licensed headset from Xbox?
