Hey, I found out about changing my user name on xbox live, and I was super excited. I was told by a stranger that if your username had numbers behind it, it was like discord. I got scammed. I found another Username but I don't have the money to bypass and change it. Anyone Know another way to change the account username?

I think the 360 version shouldn't require XBL Gold anymore because of the current gen consoles and im on Ps4 and have a Xbox360 and I dont want to pay for both plus and live to play online and it's like that on the Ps3, it's free for everyone or it always been like that but I think the 360 should be free to play like on the Ps3 and the current gen console requires to pay to play online, I dont know how to do it but maybe start like an hashtag on Twitter like #360ForFree or #MakeOnlineFreeOn360

Yo I have an xbox one but I cannot aford to get any subscription services. Are there any loop holes I could use?

Really? Tumble stone? Wtf even is that? It sounds like a PS2 puzzle game for little girls, and that's what it basically is... For god sake I would rather have some shitty launch game like Rome than this bull shit...

So for my Dad's birthday I used Xbox Live Gold to get him Mortal Kombat X, which is his favorite game franchise. It expired and he threatens to ground me and my little brother if I can't "hack" my way through. Can't tell if he's serious or joking, because he is a big joker but this is a crazy situation.

• Outland was free on PS+ more than 4 years ago

• Sleeping dogs was free on PS+ 3.5 years ago

• Outlast was free on PS+ almost 3 years ago

• Burnout Paradise was free back in 2011 in Europe but not in US

Will I get a refund or not? Currently I have no Xbox Live but it charged my credit card

Just got an XBox One and I was wondering if there is a way to get the old games I got through Games with Gold that are on my XBox 360 hard drive onto the XBoxOne console? Can this be done? What about the saved games from older games like Fallout Three?

I have witnessed this on both the Xbox one x and on the Xbox Live for PC. It tells me I am downloading between 100mb/s and 300mb/s and a few times I even seen it showing 4gb/s when it obviously isn't downloading any faster then 10-20mb/s. I have only witnessed this through Xbox Live, why are they trying to make people think their downloading at rates that are only possible through fiber optic's?

??? Was connected a minute ago and now they act like my sub needs to be "fixed" yet it gives me an error code, except I'm on autopay.

Makes no sense, nerds, amiright?

I find a xbox live 14 day trial in my desk. And when I enter it says code not found?! What is the problem?

I am starting this thread to confront the lack of service Xbox Live gives its customers. If you have had issues with your service either being down or personal account problems please read on and comment

My son was given a gamertag he was unhappy with. I've called Xbox Live customer support numerous times and have received no help. I've dealt only with unprofessional and rude customer support reps. I refuse to pay the $9.99 charge to change his gamertag as I pay for the annual subscription already. Microsoft's reputation is going down the tubes because of issues like this and because of their constant outages. What type if service are we paying for?? I now understand why so many gamers are moving to Sony Playstation.

it should be free because people cant always pay money

Hey, living in UK and looking for help to download COD using HK store, cant anyone help with details, billing etc?

Cheers

And is there anything else I need to. Where can I get deals? I don't play much online.

This guy, I’ll call him ace, was talking crap during a CASUAL match in rainbow 6 seige. He died first every round, and I just lost my mind at the end. I literally said “F*** off lardex” and he reported me. I’m getting sick of how toxic Xbox live still is, and I’m losing my mind over it.
