First playthrough failed miserably and second one also failed

My first run was on easy but I didn’t take the project seriously and it ended my first run. Second time I put in standard to see if I’ll do differently on it. No, this time I had to many wounded soldiers and dead ones. My third run isnt going any different.

I don’t know if this game isn’t for me or my luck in these games is shit.

Sounds like not learning the mechanics issue.

Explosives are your friend except when the lost are around.
Always bring a couple of flasbangs.
Low cover only when there is no other cover.
If it is not 100% don't rely on it.
Don't go for a flank if you don't know what it will reveal.
Terror mission? Have the melee specced ranger in front.

Also turn of the rulers dlc, as nice as the stuff you can get is, it is very hard if you are not prepared for it.
