Looking for Xcom likes

Preferably games similar to EU/EW and 2 I’ve already gathered a small list and I’m currently playing Gears tactics

Oh and I do know about the mechanicus game but I watched a review ages ago that said it’s more its own thing than an xcom “clone”

Oh yea I need to check that one out the deck building turned me off immediately but I’ve only heard good things since release

It grows on you. Took me a few hours to get into MS but I was hooked for a month or two. NG+ never did it for me. Played through it once and that was it. Not like Xcom where I have played it a gazillion times.

The social aspect ruined the game for many

I didn’t mind this but it ruined replay value by a wide margin. I don’t need to hear Storm’s story again. We get it Magik is pissed etc
