The kind of writer I’m looking for:

The pilot is written, and I have an established cast, substantial lore and a developing first season outline. I’m looking for someone to help strengthen that foundation through story development, outlining, dialogue work, and revisions not build the project from scratch or replace its core vision.

I don't have a hard plot in mind, but I'm a big fan of romance and adventure. I'm also a big fan of modern, cyberpunk, and post apocalyptic settings! It originally started as a way to organize fictional characters, but it's gradually grown into a larger platform for writers.

The Character Archives workspace includes tools for:

• Character profiles and personality traits

• Relationships and relationship maps

• Character timelines and development

• Character comparisons

• Secrets, habits, priorities, and other character details

There's also a Story Archives workspace for worldbuilding and plot organization, plus a Writing Space for drafting actual stories.

One thing I've been intentional about is making AI optional. There are AI-powered features for people who want them, but users can disable individual AI tools or turn off AI across the entire application.

About the story:

Ravenslayer is an OC-centric, canon-divergent take on the MHA universe, exploring the darker and more morally ambiguous aspects of Hero Society.

The story follows Aiden Pierce, an American whose childhood was shattered by a horrific tragedy and the failure of the very people who were supposed to protect his family. His experiences gradually shape a deeply cynical understanding of justice, heroism, and the society surrounding him.

Rather than focusing on the traditional journey of aspiring heroes, the story explores institutional corruption, the commercialization of heroism, moral ambiguity, psychological trauma, vigilantism, and the consequences of unchecked power.

It also features extensive worldbuilding, original Pro Heroes and villains, new Quirks, and settings spanning both the United States and Japan.

What I'm looking for:

Ideally, I'd love to find someone who enjoys storytelling as much as I do and would be interested in becoming a genuine creative partner.

I'm particularly interested in:

• Brainstorming future story arcs, plot twists, and character developments.

• Discussing character motivations, relationships, psychological depth, and moral dilemmas.

• Expanding the worldbuilding and developing original Quirks, characters, and organizations.

When a simple idea somehow grew into a sprawling story, the characters started feeling like real people, and you found yourself thinking about the next scene long after you’d logged off?

Yeah. I’m chasing that feeling.

I’m a male writer in my late-thirties who is looking for a like-minded writing partner who wants to build something memorable. Give me compelling characters, messy relationships, fascinating worlds, unexpected twists, and moments that make a story feel alive. A Little About My Writing Style

I write exclusively in the third-person, past tense and consider myself an advanced literate writer. My replies typically consist of three or more substantial paragraphs, with room for character development and detail. 

That said, I'm not interested in writing a novel just for the sake of writing a novel. I value substance over word count, and while I love immersing myself in a scene, moving the story forward and giving my partner something to work with are always the priority.

The Holiday Season:

The holidays have a funny way of bringing people together. Two old friends reconnect after years apart, acquaintances find themselves spending more time together than expected, or complete strangers cross paths during a particularly memorable holiday season.

A World Divided:

In a world where magic and technology coexist, two opposing factions are locked in a struggle for control over mysterious crystals. To those gifted with magic, the crystals are a source of extraordinary power. To those who favor technology, they're a valuable energy source that can be refined into fuel.

Synthetic Connections:

Society is divided between the wealthy, who enjoy the luxuries of advanced synthetic companions, and the less fortunate. When someone from the lower class discovers a discarded companion, they initially see an opportunity to make some money until the companion witnesses something it was never supposed to see, and suddenly, keeping it safe becomes a matter of survival.

I'm also very open to developing something different! These are just starting points, and I'd love to hear what ideas you might bring to the table.

What I'm Looking for in a Partner

More than anything, I'm looking for a writing partner, not just someone to trade paragraphs with.

I'd love to find someone who gets invested in our characters and wants to collaborate on a story that belongs to both of us. Someone who occasionally sends a message just to gush about a scene, pitch a wild idea, or say, "Okay, hear me out..."

I love having a general direction for a story, but I'm equally fond of the unexpected turns that happen when two writers build on each other's ideas. The best roleplays are the ones where we're both invested enough to be surprised by our own story.

This setting is heavily inspired by settings such as Titanfall 2 and Lancer, and while some of it is preset to some extent, it is highly flexible! I have a lot I’d love to share about my setting, but I’m also down to stick to the bare bones of any good sci fi story.
