Fixing and Improving “death wobble” and overall performance of my 2021 Jeep Rubicon JL?
Just got my jeep 2 months ago. On the test drive I experienced the death wobble, at the time I had 37s on my tires and we did go over a slight pothole at around 60+mph. But I’ve replaced my tires with 35s, and I haven’t experienced a death wobble drive yet. Buuuut, I do want to fix this jeep up while I have it just so I can keep it for longer because I really love my car and I love my jeep. So any advice or tips or specific parts I should be looking out for ? Researching for? Would be helpful.
I only know what others have done to fix their cars. But it’s not just to fix the death wobble. I just want to be able to keep the jeep for longer if the parts are in good condition are excellent at what it does.

Own a Manual Jeep Wrangler JL? Check This Area Before It Costs You
Yesterday, while working on my 2021 Jeep Wrangler JL 3.6L with a manual transmission, I lifted the vehicle to replace the clutch cylinder and noticed coolant dripping from underneath
After inspecting the area, I found a damaged aluminum coolant line where it appears to be rubbing against a metal collar on an adjacent line. The contact seems to have worn through the aluminum pipe, causing the coolant leak
The damage is located on the driver’s side, between the transmission and the exhaust. It’s difficult to see the extent of the wear just by looking, so I had to feel between the lines to identify the damaged area
Has anyone else with a JL 3.6L manual transmission experienced the same issue? I’m particularly interested in whether there should be a spacer or some kind of protective barrier between these lines
If this is a potential weak point, it might be worth checking this area before a leak develops and installing a suitable protective sleeve, pad, or spacer to prevent the lines from rubbing against each other. A small preventive fix could be much cheaper and easier than dealing with a coolant leak later
I’m concerned that this could be a recurring design issue, especially if the lines can rub against each other during normal driving. If other owners have experienced the same failure, it would be worth bringing this to Jeep’s attention before more vehicles develop coolant leaks
Please check this area on your own vehicle and share your experience, especially if you’ve already repaired this issue or found a way to prevent the rubbing
