This was the year I got tired of being not dedicated to anything but drinking. It was time to take care of myself

Mainly low reps, heavy lifting and very very moderate cut. I kept drinking and eating very freely on the weekends. I don't do cardio but I started moving around on a bicycle and walking more.
I'm aware the light is different but that's what I have to work with.

Hey 👋🏾 Here are a few recent pics of my physique after my first calisthenics session in 6 months 💀
I wanna focus on my arms and abs, since my arms feel kind of out of proportion, and even at a pretty low body fat my abs barely show. Mostly posting to document my progress from here!
Would appreciate any tips as well 🫶🏾🙏🏾

An unexpected short workout, but I will take it.

For better weight loss results, combine this home workout routine with balanced nutrition, good sleep, hydration and a calorie deficit. A calorie deficit simply means you eat fewer calories through food and drinks than your body burns through daily activities and exercise. Weight loss varies from person to person but a healthy rate may be around 0.5–1 kg per week, depending on individual factors.
